Interpretation chhod.. Ani always somehow managed to keep his perspective in a very pure way... it just messed up when we know Bon was so crazy about him so his actions also got that romantic undertone to it.
Anyway, interpretations vary, people might reason it all out saying Ani ka soch aisa nahi tha, bondita ka waisa nahi tha.. wo matlab nahi, yeh matlab nahi. That's all fine, we love the characters and we know them so we can see it in a different light.
But, if you bring a normal person and make them watch some scenes like the divorce wala, RTM 21, etc etc. they will find romantic undertones.
The main issue with all this for me, more than the story is the fact they made a child actor ACT all this out.
SR zaruri tha kya? Molestation track zaruri tha with a child actor? Crush on her husband zaruri tha? The writing on the wall of their names zaruri tha? Tattoo karwana zaruri tha?
ALL of this did not need to happen with Bondita all the time, SR wala scene could have happened with someone else, probably a teenager and Bondita could have been her friend and witnessed how traumatizing this was.
Not EVERY social evil needed to happen with her. She did not need to be the center of all the tracks, she could witness and understand how wrong it was. This is what they usually do in shows with child actors, they let them view it from outside and realize how wrong it is.
It was just wrong for me. They should not have kept Aurra till this point, no matter how much the fans loved her or they loved her. These tracks were NOT needed for a child actor to play out.
Yes Bondita need not to be a victim always, there were many tracks in which she could be witness as well . In this way they could have awkwardness among the audience.
