Sometimes I find it difficult to connect to her but there is no doubt that she has gone and is going through immense pain. She doesn’t deserve to have her dreams, her self respect and her will to live shattered over and over! You did such a great job with this piece! I felt connected to her and her pain! As usual, this was so well written! 👏

What I would give to have them include something similar on the show *sigh* 😒😒

Ashu, thanks for tagging me. That was one powerful drabble from Raavi’s POV. I was hoping for such a confrontation, after the latest BTS, looks like they are on a separation mode without any confrontation.

I agree she has taken a lot of shit from him but my point has always been how she is unable to turn the tide. It is difficult to reach him but she should definitely begin with her lousy friends who are so shallow that she doesn’t them in her life.

Thank you, for finally, FINALLY PUTTING IT OUT THERE.

The kind of pain she must’ve gone through. The kind of courage she must’ve needed to carry on going like his rude behavior didn’t effect her. The kind of strength she must’ve mustered up to hide all her turmoil from everyone, even herself. To keep convincing herself that the grass is greener on the other side. To keep holding on believing that somewhere somehow, SOMETHING’s going to give. She was in pain. It wasn’t enough what she went through before marriage, it wasn’t enough what she went through while adjusting to this marriage with all the taunts from Rishita, all the advices and threats to move on from Dhara. Even from Shiva’s and Maami’s hostility to each other. And now here she was expected to save this relationship solely base on her efforts, her alone ?

People keep telling me to understand Shiva’s insecurities, I do, they’re valid. But was it really necessary for him to take it all out on her ? Again this was anger towards her that was no fault of hers. Was she at fault for dreaming of a fairytale that most girls do ? Was she at fault for having an education that he didn’t ? Was she really at fault for him falling for her ?

Thank you, again for finally letting the pressure get to Raavi. Every person has a limit. The bubbly girl who was never afraid to speak up her mind is lost nowadays. The girl who didn’t stop talking even while being kidnap now afraid to even utter a word. The girl who smiles at his threats is lost somewhere. And in return here is she, a girl who is broken beyond repair to the point where she is afraid of herself for her dark thoughts. I just hope it wasn’t too late.
