I second everything you have said here. We have a very similar understanding of Sai ❤️ Much of what you have written, I have spoken about too in numerous other posts 😊

Just one thing that I would disagree with or rather fail to understand is that you say that Sai's displays of love are subtle and hard to understand. I guess this is true given how this forum and Twitter reacts. But, I find that kind of baffling to be honest. What is subtle about Sai so easily forgiving Virat every single time he has destroyed her and caused her pain beyond measure? What is subtle about Sai tolerating domestic abuse quite literally every single day from his family members? What is subtle about Sai staying with him despite his ex constantly hovering around him, bad mouthing Sai, and indirectly declaring her love for her husband? What is subtle about Sai literally saying "yes" to whatever Virat has asked her to do up until this point in their relationship?

I am not discrediting Virat's role in this relationship, but the only reason they are still together is because Sai has time and time again placed Virat above all else in her life. She has placed him above her own self respect, something we know Sai values tremendously.

Love is not about the grand gestures. Love is about what is left when the grand gestures are taken away. Even with Sai's birthday celebration, what stood out to me was not the huge party that Virat threw Sai. It was that he knew that she loves surprises, so planned her one. It was that he convinced the entire family, knowing the place they hold in Sai's life and how much she values family, to partake in the celebrations. It was that he did not want Sai to feel abba's absence for even one second. It was that he made her the modhaks to carry on abba's memory.

Because I have seen both here and forum people questioning it...Just like now I saw somewhere they are saying How Virat still is worried for Sai when she ill treated him, searching for her , growing crazy over..Did Sai not do the same? When he was hit by a bullet or for that matter when they had a fight after Harini's birthday.. Are they both not the same in that regard? We understand it, but is it so easily understood...?

@red I agree and thats why I mention, Virat's love sometimes does involve a lot of pampering gifts, material and Sai these subtle things.. that mostly people miss.. Even I believe this relationship is there because of Sai majorly, If I leave it on Virat he has tendency to wallow in self pity...

Sai has more or less accepted him with his flaws..Virat 1 and 2..his anger, his blind love for his family... And so has Virat....her moodiness, her impulsive nature...

Virat needs to clear his equation with Pakhi. Deal is off, vaada doesn't remain, but the person is still around..Pakhi still believes she has rights over Virat. And because of his silence in front of his family, she brazenly uses it to humiliate Sai.

Virat has to clear it out with Samrat as well. Pakhi has left no stone unturned to let it be known that Virat and she were meant to be together.

I hope Samrat calls out Pakhi's BS at least.

I feel for her pain but fact remains that Sai when angry won’t listen to what he says like she did today.

@bolded: This is just the nature of their relationship. We know that by now. How many times has this happened before? It is the same pattern since the beginning of the show. They both explode in their emotional impulses, say things that they don't mean, destroy each other. But, at the end of the day, they cannot see each other in pain nor can they live without each other....

In terms of Virat's pampering of the gifts, that is why in my other post, I said we need to look deeper into the intentions behind those gifts. Because, I don't think that his gestures can be ridden off as mere pampering. He has always put Sai's happiness and comfort above all else in his life, even before he realized his love for her.

Exactly and thats why many of us fell in love with the character Virat after they got married... I cant still get over his protective side when his first instinct after the deal marriage when they were in car and they hit the bump was to protect Sai...and not the star crossed lover sitting ahead...

Even before their marriage- he chose to go save Sai rather than go to SamRakhi's marriage, and while Pakhi was professing her love to him over the phone, he could only talk about how amazing Sai and her accomplishments are. When he dropped Sai back home in GC, he asked her if she would remember him and visit him. This man has been deeply attached to Sai since the moment he laid eyes on her, and he has been falling in love with her ever since. All of this can be said about Sai too. Pakhi has always been irrelevant to be honest.

Biggest disappointment for me is CN family !

Sai and others brought in pp-virat past in familyroom soooooo many times..... no one - including ashwini (who keeps advising sai always... & my golu is so good ....etc.) ever asked for clarification to pp and virat !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normal family.... if something like this comes up (does NOT happen in normal family) .... elders would take class of both... ask for proof/clarification... and if they are in love still.... will force them to divorce their spouse if they are not willing to move on...... will not live this EMA la la land....hanging over forever !

Thats what he thought themselves to be , she still thinks and since he portrayed themselves so to Sai, Sai also thinks the same..😆 Unfortunate but true!

I think he saw Sai as a bacchi then, I mean he was attracted but then always thought she is a bacchi.. He saw her as a woman during Amey episodes.. You know I sometimes think, No yoga resort, how would these two have been..I guess fire.. I mean there is so much of se*ual tension I saw in the early marriage scenes, I have not seen it in couples for a very very long time..

Sai told perfectly - CN family using virat as a 'bet' (I am not using the word she used, it can mean something is not appropriate) to keep pp in house....

What happened in one day - if virat went out ???? she started all that melodrama 🤣🤣

Actually Virat said woh tab ki bat tha aur sach tha.. regarding Yoga instructor’s words when Sai said he did not oppose her.

I think Virat is referring to the scenes mentioned by that lady ..Pakhi dancing and falling,him saving etc.

But Sai thought he is saying that regarding their love ..

Am I wrong here in my understanding ?

Please clarify..
