8/8.30 am- tea with a bun or two biscuits

10/10.30 am- a bowl of rice

11/11.30 am- a cup of tea if I am hungry eat one Roti too

1.30 pm- tea with biscuits

2 pm - Lunch- Rice with dal /vegetable curry

5/5.30 pm-fruits

6.30- tea with biscuits or other snacks

7.30 pm- some chickpeas and coconut pieces

8.30 pm- a cup of milk

10.30 pm-dinner-Rice with dal,sabzi/egg

Speaking of diets, I think Katrina Kaif's diet is the best. She starts her day with eggs benedict, eats salmon with veggies and mashed potatoes for lunch, drinks berry smoothies in the evening, and ends her day with red meat at night.

Most of the days, I skip breakfast and only drink coffee. Then, at around 12-2pm, I eat lunch. Then, at like 5, if the weather is really warm, I'd drink something chocolatey and cold. And maybe some bread if all that sugar still ain't enough

I put some hot chicks photo as my phone wallpaper so it’s the first thing I see and I set up my alarm to wake up extra early for a morning workout.


I then snooze my alarm every single day and repeat the above. 🙂

I'm feeling anxiety creeping in with your diet 🤣. You've a blessed metabolism I guess ♥️

I take my health very seriously (only me others just don't care🙄)

So I wake up when I want to since I'm a freelancer now😍.

I feel hungry within 10 mins of waking up. I fight with everyone if I don't eat then....

1 toast 1/2 cup Horlicks

If I workout after this then post workout 1 elaichi kela and a glass of sattu 2 tbs in water.

....

Lunch mein: Rice sabzi and whatever fish egg made at home . / When out for work I carry 2 sandwiches and fruits. I buy a little bottle of real fruit juice- that's the most unhealthy I eat🤣

....

Evening Toast and Horlicks

If I workout post that a cup of boiled channa with chaat masala and kala namak😍.

.....

Dinner

2 roti sabzi and a small sondesh.

I drink 3 litres of water a day....

...

WORKOUT: 45 mins minimum. If I've time then twice a day. No gym only yoga.

@3AM: Wake up with a full glass of warm water sometimes with lemon juice in it.


Early morning like around 4AM- a hot mug of tea(my most favorite time of the day⭐️)

@ around 8.30-9AM- Black coffee


@12: Celery/cucumbers/raddish with selfmade guacamole dip/ at times I indulge myself with a dosa + coconut chutney.❤️


@1: Lunch - 3 hands full of rice with a couple of dollops of desi ghee + a almost 2 lb of cooked veggies (like broccoli, ash gourd, bottle gourd, bitter gourd, cauliflower, cabbage) + a small bowl of yogurt/ sauerkraut/ kimchi/ good ol achar


@4PM: Ash gourd+beetroot / cucumber+apple/ Carrot+ginger juice


@ 6PM: A huge warm bowl of lentils + Spinach/kale/amaranth leaves/ arugula/broccoli in soup consistency.YUMMM!


@9-10PM: Got to bed!


NOTE: The above is my ideal schedule but most of the days I keep wandering away from it. though the good news is, I keep coming right back to it. :)

Whether I do anything else or not, waking up @ 3 is a must. I started it like 5 years ago after my son was born and realized that he was occupying all my time while I used to yearn for some me time. So I came up with this change and now I have like 5 hours in the morning for myself. Most precious!❤️
