Ab dekhna ye Starplus and Sony unke HD channels premium audience ko zyaada target karenge. Maine kuch mahine pehle padha thaa ek BARC article mein ki premium households mein Top channel StarPlus hai aur uske baad Sony aur Sab tv aata hai. Uske baad kuch regional GECs.
And Starplus will have to rebrand HD channel into 'StarPlus Select' with exclusive quality content or finite shows for premium audience. Warna koi nahi pay karega 45/50 rupees for Ghum, Yhc. Dhur dhur.
Hoping u r rgt and weeds can get removed in this process especially yweeds and kkb

In my opinion, if channel have same name, it should air same thing. HD just defines the quality, not different content

Starplus HD can be rebranded into 'Starplus Select'.
What are the benefits ?
(1) Full HD channel
(2) Exclusive original content for 'select' audience.
(3) Less ad breaks
(4) international hindi dubbed content
Price - Rs. 45.

In this way this channel will get recognition, people will understand what is different in this channel. Even the originals for this channel will be on Hotstar VIP category.
TRPs wont matter as the shows that will be telecasted on this channel will be very finite / seasonal.
Hoping this is true in that case sb will shutdown and hoping star one back with more modern bolder and sp will stop ml having ex and ema

We are in minority who loves international type content but trp audience in majority thats why we all are in deniel ki yeh trp scam hai md all but this is sad reality of ITV..... And yeh sab accept karne me hi accha hai warna woh jo channel investors hai woh kya buddhu nhi hai jo langde ghode pe daav lagayenge
B - Faltu baat mat karo ! Seriously aisa sirf tumhe lagta hai baakiyon ko nahi. Do you really think Rs. 45 agar StarPlus HD channel ka rakhega toh log lenge. Kya Rs. 45 mein log ye ghatiya daily soaps dekhenge you really think so. There will be differentiation of content. Filhaal ussi ki baat chal rahi hai wahaan. And listen Raj finite quality always doesnt mean POW, Everest type shows. Har baat mein expenses laane ki zaroorat nahi hai.
SD ki price bhi 45 hogi then kyunki HD itna high aur SD nahi its not fair dono ka hoga tabhi toh content par asar padega
