Interns Have A Life..Shashank?

i get really annoyed whenever Shashank starts making issues out of the interns' personal lives and their careers...armaan's tattoo.? what does that have to do with Armaan doctor career? he is the most loved doctor in sanjeevani and a great one, too! so why does shashank make a whole issue on it? and he notices armaan is totally out of it..yet he still pushes armaan way too much when he's not ready😕 and with the whole boxing and racing thing...whats the problem? when keerti said it was after duty hours and she thought it was fine, i was like, you totally read my mind!! i dont understand why shashank has a problem with the interns having their own exciting cool life😕 i understand that he believes it would give sanjeevani a bad name...but come on...people love exciting doctors who have a cool life..and the whole boxing/racing is fine to do after duty is over...i mean, the lives of patients are not being harmed in any way whatsoever... im not trying to go against Shashank...but seriously, he has gotta understand that his interns and doctors have a life of their own...their professional-personal life is NOT one thing put together..they can do what they wish after hours as long as it wont harm the patients or community in any way..right?😕

do you think what shashank is saying is right...or the idea Dr. Keerti proposed about it being fine if done after duty?

i know just b/c he has nothing else to do

and they are still young let them live thier lives before they do get old have to work all the time

I agree der..n dint he like say that d professional n personalives suhud b kept separate vich indirectly means dey can do vatever dey want in their personal space n dat wud b their problem n not shashank's!!!!...he cannot guide dem vat 2 do wid their tym off!!!...dats up2 dem..agar chahe toh jake tallli bhi hon...vats his problem...tho I think talli hona wud b a bit 2 much as dey r doctors....hehe...

he shud not be so angry..the interns hv completed their dutiesn then they went!!then wats rng wid him?
