I'm so glad that this will be the final stretch coz it's so sad and frustrating at the same time, to see them yearning for each other but unable to confess 💔💔💔. To me, it feels like both of them are stuck in two times. Virat in his present, his heart full of love for Sai but unwilling to look back into his past and clarify the mess he created while Sai is stuck in past along with his vaada, unable to move past it eventhough present reality is something else. They remind me of a sad song I still love 💔💔💔💔.
Which song? Send it to me please!
Beautiful post. I haven't watched the episode but after reading your post I have understood what it is all about. As you said both want to know what is going on in their minds. My heart goes out to both Virat and Sai. Sai is still stuck in the deal marraige whereas Virat has forgotten Pakhi completely. He's so much in love with Sai that he can't see anything beyond her. Now, if Samrat decides to divorce Pakhi and give her responsibility to Virat and Sai has decided to reunite Virat and Pakhi isn't both of them wrong? My question is we all were venting our frustration on Virat for taking a decision for Pakhi and Samrat then aren't Samrat and Sai wrong too? Is Virat a toy that you just give him away to someone without asking his decision? I just hope Samrat's entry will bring a positive change into SaiRat's lives. And, wish Samrat realises that he loves Sai and not Pakhi and he becomes Sai's confidante and makes her realise that she too loves Virat and this marriage is for real and not a deal. I hope everything gets resolved once and for all and both SaiRat realise their feelings specially Sai since still she's in a denial mode.
Today, finally, we got some insight to Sai's feelings. Today my heart broke for Sai. I felt bad for Virat as well, but seeing Sai soo lonely and lost teared me up.
SaiRat are two trains passing each other by.... I really liked this sentence of yours, Pooja. It perfectly describes SaiRat's current dynamics. Good choice of words👍🏼
IMO, the idea of trying to tell Sai about his feelings through a story was nice, but it soon cooked up a disaster. The ending shouldn't have been girl getting married to someone else and the boy attempting suicide. FGS Virat, Sai will obviously think that he is talking about him and didi. Ofcourse, Virat didn't really think through all this as he was still cooking up the story, but the results were not nice.
She is looking for clear verbal affirmations from Virat. She wants the same amount of clarity, which he showed during their wedding and initial days of marriage. He clearly used to say to not expect any husband things from him, used to verbally affirm how much Pakhi is important for him. She is looking out for the same clarity now. Things and feelings have changed, and Sai definitely knows it really well. But Virat's jalebi words and action don't seem to go hand in hand. And Virat ke words during initial days were soo loud and clear, they are not gonna leave Sai's mind this easily, which is completely understood.
We, as audience, know where V-P stand now. We have seen Virat berating, ignoring, and putting P at place. But none of these happened in front of Sai. Won't count the b'day incident, coz then Sai would've thought that V blasted on P b'coz her behaviour was rude and she was the b'day girl. But that 'tum sirf mere bade bhai ki biwi ho', 'main tumhe sirf apna dost maanta hu, usse zyada kuch nahi', etc, etc. has not happened in front of Sai. Whenever Virat called P as bade bhai ki biwi, KBA, dost se zyada kuch nahi, koi feelings nahi hai, etc.etc., those were the incidents that strengthened Sai's place in in Virat's life and his heart. But, unfortunately, Sai has not witnessed all of these incidents.
She will naturally think that V still harbours feelings for P, and that he is ignoring his feelings b'coz of Sai, or even Samrat. Someone in the forum said the exact same thing(I read many analysis today, so can't remember who), that 'Samrat loved Pakhi, thus let her reunite with her lover. Similarly, Sai loves Virat, and thus will try to reunite him with his lover'. Sai is deeply in love with Virat, and her love is soo selfless that she will only want Virat's happiness, even if it means him going away from her.
I am really excited for the scene where Sai will realise her deep love for Virat.
Virat ko dekh kar sirf yeh he lines yaad aati hai "Sar pe bithau, ya thappad lagau, OFFO". Matlab his intentions and actions are good and purely out of love, Par itne efforts lene he kyu when he can simply gather courage and confess his feelings. Iss baat par V ko thappad maarne ka mann karta hai. But then, he is not able to confess b'coz of his fear of loosing Sai, toh Sar pe bithane ka mann karta hai.
Sai, after the date, had started to accept the marriage, and like always, a thing from past comes and she is dragged to the bitter truth. My heart legit breaks every time this happens. And now Sai's sadness, loneliness and aloofness will only intensify, as she is falling more and more in love with Virat.
Virat thinking that Sai ko bura nahi laga, was DUMB.
Woh yoga aunty ko itna kaise yaad hai bhai, mujhe toh kal kya khaaya woh bhi yaad nahi rehta, aur iss mohatarma ko uss din ka pura itenary yaad hai, matlab kuch bhi dikhayenge na? Halwe kahike.🤬
Ayesha's performance, clearly stood out for me today. Neil was amazing as always❤️. But Ayesha's expressions, be it confusion, hurt, innocence, etc were soo natural. She looked extra cute during that mock proposal scene. Her performance oozes innocence, which makes her look like a 19 yr old girl.

Loved reading this ❤️ I actually don’t think that samrat will ask Virat to take Pakhi’s zimidari. That was just for the sake of the promo and it was also removed when it aired on TV after all of the backlash 🤣 In terms of Sai thinking to herself that she will unite Pakhi and Virat, I don’t think that she’s meaning to treat him like a toy and give him away. The problem is that she doesn’t think she has any rights over him to begin with- at least in the sense of a wife. So, if someone was never her’s, how can she make that decision? In her mind at this moment, she has been brought back into the reality of the fact that Virat is Pakhi’s…she was letting herself accept her marriage with Virat and acknowledge her own feelings too, but once again, like always, she has been shattered. Also, when she thought about wanting to unite them, she was not thinking logically…again, I don’t think she’s actually going to act upon this. Those were the thoughts of someone in deep deep pain…she was overcome by emotions.
As for Sammy, there will be many misunderstandings, but ultimately he will support Sairat!

Awesome! Loved the title and the way you analysed.
Let’s see how they untangle this. Hope they don’t rush and show it in a logical way. Nelisha are going to nail it.

You mean Samrat will misunderstand Virat? But, I hope both Virat and Samrat will reunite like before and he helps both SaiRat to reunite.
Beautiful analysis Pooja ❤️.
The title was pitch perfect. Thats what kept running through my mind too - how they feel and want the same things and yet when it comes to communication, both talk are in completely tangential planes.
The initial part of the story did give a glimpse into Sai's mind as you have so beautifully explained. But Virat ...he was exactly like the woodcutter @sadiltl mentioned. Casually used the zimmedari word again ....for him zimmedari, deal, vaada are just words ...they don't have any significance. But for Sai they are reality...atleast the reality she believes. And therein lies the problem.
From his POV, both did not want to be married to each other. But after all that, beyond even his past, he slowly fell in love with his wife. So he is expecting the same kind of 'journey to love' for Sai as well in their marriage. He expects that what he does for Sai, his feelings will reach Sai through his actions. When he feels that it is not creating any impact on her, he becomes dejected. After Sunny pointed it out to him, he does try to read her but he gets confusing signals - as he said today he doesn't know what is going on in her head. He doesn't know that her seemingly unaffected emotional state is a defence mechanism - and he is completely, utterly clueless about the impact his words has had on her....because afterall she herself didn't want the marriage, right?
You have beautifully described Sai's predicament. Whenever she 'goes with the flow' in her marriage, something jolts her out of her bliss. She then chides herself for being in a dream world and convinces herself that her reality is the deal marriage. She accepts the situation by locking her feelings away somewhere and reminding herself of the 'reality'.
It is also clear that in her youthful innocence, Sai idealizes 'romantic love'. In her naivete and inexperience, she sees Virakhi as doomed soulmates who could never unite. I agree with Ayesha - I too have felt that Sai fears she can never be Virat's entirely, that Virat will always hold a torch for Pakhi. Being an honest man he will do his duties and even commit to his marriage....but Pakhi will forever be his one true love.
The fact that she assumed that Virat was narrating his own love story with Pakhi simply shows how much she is affected by their past. Living with Pakhi, tolerating her interference and her taunts, seeing Virat not setting boundaries with Pakhi .......she has managed to be stoic through all this by locking away her heart and by reminding herself of the 'reality'. Its the only way she knows to protect her heart....but it has consequences...little does she know that she is only wounding her heart little by little everyday.
The yoga teacher was typical ITV cliche, although it did set the stage for Sai's coming aloofness. I don't expect them to come up with anything better or realistic ...so theek hai.
I can't but help but imagine what a lip-smacking, delicious anticipation this track would have raised if only Virakhi past had more substance than 2-day yoga love and Pakhi was truly a grey character. What a wonderful love entanglement that would have been. But we must remember that this is the sasta version of everything decent.
