Watched few episodes of Koi Chand Rakh. I have no idea why people say UD is similar to KCR..
In KCR, from the beginning its about 4 chrs/leads (they are even on montage). Umair is in love with his cousin (bua's daughter), which is Rabail, who gets married to Zain. And Zain is in love with Nishaal (cuz of her beauty), who is Umair's sister, and Rabail's cousin.
How is UD like KCR exactly? Only similar thing is two sisters (cousins) being attached to the same guy. One is a kind-hearted girl, other is cunning/selfish. One of them marry that guy. But where is Umair in UD? Who is Tejo's Umair? UD has always been about three leads, love-triangle and dreams (which has been lost now)... Rabail-Zain-Nishaal might have similar situation like Tejo-Fateh-Jasmin, but Umair is no where in picture in UD. Also, KCR wedding happens cuz of misunderstanding, here Jasmin herself broke the marriage and walked out, Fatejo get married for family's sake.
In KCR, from the first episode they establish Umair's chr as someone who has loved, adored, and respected Rabail since childhood. Nothing of that sort has been shown in UD... so except the so called triangle situation, I don't think UD is like KCR .

Agree only love triangle is similar and nothing else . Be it Chand rakh , silsila ......It's just love triangle that is similar
Biggest difference is J character itself. Plus all had separate ML for the the FL .
Right now all I see it going Ghum/ Anupamaa way. Characterization is different but storyline is more or less the same .
They cannot make it Anupamma coz Tejo is too young and not strong enough like Anupamma. F is very much the ML unless and until they bring a new one for Tejo.
Ghum is possible coz then writers will have more options . Jas is doing well as a vamp. Tejo has been accepted as a docile delulu . Fateh is twisted into U they can make him O .
Show has no special story to tell not good message to give . All they need is TRP and entertain people with their trash family drama eith ab expert cheating husband along with his collusive lover and clueless wife.

No actually Tejo is much much more stronger than Anupama and she is nothing like Anupama. She's very young, hasn't been married for too long and is educated. She can come out of this marriage better than Anupama who spent 25 years with her husband. Somewhere Anu staying with her in-laws makes sense (thought its weird and I would have preferred for her to leave), but she spent 25 yrs in that house, with those in-laws who she accepts as her own parents, and she has her kids in that house too.. so makes complete sense from her POV to be staying there...
However this is not the case with Tejo. She won't stay in the same house as Fateh. She can easily move on, and live on her own. She is completely capable of that. So I don't think its like Anupama at all.
It could be like Ghum wherein Jasmin gets married to Amrik out of ego once Fateh refuses to divorce Tejo

I meant character Tejo is not strong enough to bring TRPš. Obviously she is stronger then Anupamma.
In serial Anupamma : Anupamm is it's USP. She is the lead while Vanraj and his new wife are parallel characters.
In UD....Fateh is equally the lead as Tejo. They were meant to be together from day one . Jas kenneda dream was promoted well to give show a kind of novel start. But it fell flat and brought no TRP neither did Jasfa ibadat. But both are the catalyst to Fatejo. Same will be repeated in future.
Poor Kenneda dream. It got sacrificed for TRP..so will be Jasfa ibadat .š¤£
In end we get copy paste of other TRP earning shows with EMA angle. š¤¢

Honestly I havenāt seen Anupama but comparing her with Tejo isnāt fair. Theyāve definitely made it weird by making Anupama this perfect person who handles job and home properlyš¤ but theyāre going to do the same thing with Tejo. She wonāt live with Fateh definitely. But even her character has the mahaan vibes. Sheās definitely at a better position to walk out than Anupama was though.
