I can understand why Sai is so important to Virat....see Virat doesn't have many true relationships..Sai on the other hand is a genuine person....and she loves unconditionally. He needs and craves for her. So I can understand Virat's strong reason to be in the relationship....

The reverse ...it's still a mystery to me.

I understand they had this emotional connection since the time they met each other. But since then, they have seen some really serious dents in their relationship....she must have some strong reason to still want the relationship...still think it was worth it....

In terms of Virat's love for Sai... he is has been intrigued by her since the first time he met her. He grew up in a toxic household where people were not allowed to speak their minds nor even live life in its truest sense. Sai changed his perception of the world for him. He is an IPS officer, but he was unable to stand up for what was right in his own family... what he couldn't do for his family members, she did. As much as he got upset with her for the way in which he talked to trimurthi at the beginning, there was always a slight smile on his face while watching her. But, despite having this strength, Sai has also always been vulnerable with him. She has honestly taught him how to laugh and also how to cry and express all of his emotions to the fullest extent. She also challenged what in his mind love was supposed to be...his story with Pakhi would have been the textbook version for him, but Sai showed him that life doesn't always go as planned and that reality is better than what we have in our imaginations.

Sai's love for Virat... she too has been intrigued by him since the first time she met him. She tried to cover up her attraction by calling him arrogant and grumpy and whatever else, but it was always evident that she was getting pulled towards him. Growing up as a police officer's daughter, she already had a deep respect for him, because not only did he share the same morals as her abba, but he was also her abba's favorite student. There was no one at that time she trusted more than her abba, so she had full faith in Virat's character since the start. When Virat married her and took her zimidari, in her mind giving up the love of his life, he did something for her that not even family members are able to do for each other. He took her hand when she had quite literally no one else in this world.

And, despite all of the times he has messed up since then, throughout it all, he has been her rock. He has always acknowledged his mistakes, and he has always deeply repented for his actions... I think that Sai knows that he has never ever hurt her intentionally...which is why she has always forgiven him so easily. There are many times when Sai has told both him and the family that she is awed by how much he has done for her. Everyone wants to feel special in this world, but Virat has made Sai is entire world. And as cliche as it sounds, Virat has always done everything for her without expecting a single thing in return. Despite what Sai labels his actions, she sees that. She doesn't need to label what he feels towards her as love in order to know what place she holds in his life...

To me, her dialogues in the hospital were some of the most powerful we have ever seen from her. She told Virat that she had no home... no where to go. Even though she knew that she has aai, Devi, Mohit, Pulkit, etc... when Virat questioned her, she felt entirely alone. Because, despite having others, the only person who matters to her is Virat. He is her home... his family members are just extensions of him. Without him, she truly feels like she has nothing... no place in this world at all...

No she is pissed off that Virat played 'safe' infront of pakhi by not telling her about anniverary trip. That he didnt give their relationship the respect it deserves. He had to hide behind the official trip. Later she brings up dad's barsi. but the initial trigger is this.

But she regrets almost instantly i think...

No, because again, Sai will be snapped back into her version of reality with Samrat's return. She will see him suspecting Virat and realize that he left because he found out about Pakhi and Virat's relationship. This will deepen all of her past wounds that have not yet been healed by Virat, as he has still not clarified the status of their marriage nor how he never loved Pakhi. The past has been a sort of elephant in the room for SaiRat's relationship, which is why they keep going in circles and spinning jalebis in the first place. With Samrat's return, they will be forced to tackle all of these issues.

I believe so too...especially for a young girl like sai, for whom her dad is her hero, coming from her dad's mouth she saw Virat no less than a super hero. She has seen him fightng off the dreaded goons. And on top of that he agreed to marry her just to protect her. He must be really at her father's level for her. Thats why she fears losing him...and if there is any slightest possibilty to it, she wants to avoid the heart break.

You see he handled Jagtap and his father..better than her aaba did all these years..Its pure case of being besotted by someone who your father loved and who proved the worth of her fatehr words..She never hated Vurat ...She was always.... always attracted to him..DEEPLY....

Virat ka pata nahi...as per me...if he loved Pakhi he could never love Sai..and if he loved Sai..well then he was never in love with Pakhi..SIMPLE!!!

True ...Sai with Samrat's declaration and his version of truth would realise.. that she ignored things in her delusion about Virat loving her...Fact is what Samrat is speaking about and she would have to behave like Samrat..Didi would add to her miseries...and misunderstanding..............
