I was pissed off when he pushed raavi,but then he was angry and told repeatedly to krish to leave him alone..he forcefully made him hold her hand.

I would just assume he didn't pull her back as Anita was there to hold her and he knew she won't get hurt to keep Shiva's character intact in my mind 😅

Everyone didn't react much about it maybe because Shiva has always been like this with Raavi....he kept pushing her throughout their life ....before marriage ,once she fell in Dhara's arms when he pushed her...once when her wedding was fixed ....once when she came in bridal attire to see Dev...then even on the wedding night..but he always prevented her from getting hurt ...........Raavi was hurt as now their relation has changed and people taunted because seeing them run away like this they could make out that they don't have happy married relation to give good news............other than that it was nothing weird for them so no one questioned Shiva and he also didn't realise.........I love Shiva and I don't want my love to die🤣....so this is my genuine thought to the scene proving Shiva neither right ...but yes...nor even wrong😉
