Am I the only person, who feels that Pawandeep's rendition was way much more soulful!!!

Yes, I'm pinching myself, for feeling and writing this, that of all people I am singling out Pawnu for praise but seems to be a fact, - That Pawnu has actually got it better than one of the girls!

On the hindsight, may be a male voice is more suited for bringing out the soulfulness of the song. Or maybe Arunita has gone for too much perfect delivery, effectively reducing the pathos in the song!

Kalank title track original is as you know by Arijit ji. (Male) There is a duet with shilpa rao on the track with limited lines sung on a lower scale than him.

Still I think arunita has done well. Of course she can’t match Arijit ( which comes after years of experience) but I am sure he would like her attempt.
