Thoughts on Tejo's character (lack of ) development.

Like majority of the forum, I could relate to Tejo's character the most. But the recent track has impacted me in several ways:

1. I have stopped watching Udaariyan all together.
2. I don't ship Fatejo anymore.
3. I don't like Tejo's character anymore either because she has lost her charm and respect I had for her.
4. Consequently because of 1,2,3 I don't enjoy writing the Udaariyan FFs and even Fatejo FFs anymore. (Trust me, I have tried to overcome it but couldn't).
5. I hope JasFa end up together but I don't ship them even at this stage of resentment.
6. I am back to square one where I felt ITV serials just aren't worth it.

What have been your experiences guys? Anything else than what I mentioned in the list?

I'm still hoping that this show will copy Silsila to the T and we'll get to see FaTejo divorce and a strong and resilient Tejo just like how Mauli had been in Silsila.

If this show copies Namak Issk Ka, Dil Se Dil Tak and Imlie.. by showing ML married to both FLs, then there is no hope for Tejo's character development at all.

Though she seems to be in Lala land since the night out..I cant totally resent her for that.. she trusts her best friend and sister... anyone will... till she sees it with her own eyes...

Then it will be pandemonium... She will keep away from both the cheaters and her family hopefully...

I still like Tejo . She is behaving as expected . Do feel bad that she is being cheated by her own husband and sister. But it's not her fault that her sister and husband are cowards.

I just wish that makers bring out even stronger Tejo once these cowards are busted .

You do have a point there. What I feel here is that Mamiji is also her family. And her intentions are also pure. So her own blood family can sacrifice her but they are still her life and someone who actually shows concern for her is getting her resentment? For what? Because she spoke against Jasmine her sister?! This is something that is very hypocrite of her in my opinion.

I have a different option. I like her character, there is nothing wrong with being a nice person, but I do hate her blind faith on Fateh and Jasmine both, not just Jasmine. She is seeing Fateh behave weirdly but still isn't trying to really figure out, and Jasmine, well I love my sister but I don't think even we would have this blind trust if either of us talked like Jasmine did.

What I am still confused at is, Tejo and Jasmine had a face off where Jasmine told Tejo about Fateh still loving her only and Tejo saying she will lose her ego. Even if Jasmine did the drunk drama later, did Tejo really completely forget the whole bet thing Jasmine said to her? Short term memory loss? But whose Tejo or CVS?

I like her character, hate her blind faith but I understand where she is coming from. I hate that she has been dumbed down so much that I can't connect with her, it doesn't even feel like she is a psychology professor. The psychology professors I've met are very level headed and smart. I want to see her growth as a character, how she breaks, how she rises, how she moves on and achieves her dreams.

I always liked Tejo's character.. her passion to become something nd do work for Punjab...

I want to see that old Tejo back , working towards her goals ...

And for that she needs to open her eyes nd leave Fateh... break all ties with jasfa ... nd move on in her life ... it'll be a slap on Fateh's face that she hasn't spoiled lives on name of moving on or love.

I feel she's behaving rightly and i feel in real life one would not question their sister and husband relation and one would not think that they might be having a secret affair. But what i want from her is to be more observant, so she actually sees what is in front of her. It's okay to trust your loved ones, but trusting them blindly is not good. So according to me she is a good person overall and i like her for that but what i want to see is for her to take a stand for herself and learn to not trust anybody blindly but of course that would only happen after Jasfa is exposed. But i dont know what the makers want to show. If Tejo forgives Fateh and tries to understand him even after all this then i will lose my shit but right now i dont mind her stupidity and blindness

I do like her but her recent scene with maami ji made me slightly disappointed with her.
