Same here... My elder cousin sister is a doctor so, I have been with her to the hospital occasionally and never have I seen doctors dressed in such a fancy manner.

Idhar to I'm already having serious doubts on this Doctor Ramya as to whether she is indeed a doctor or not...

She doesn't seem to have patients other than her Raja beta and just comes around whenever the Ds need to consult with her evergreen advice of "aisa aksar hota hai" and to bring Pallavi.
