We had heard about Mandar being well mannered and a perfect person but this is not something we can relate to this Mandar. I would have understood him concerned that the girl he thought about who he now knows is his wife is moved on. Him having amnesia doesn’t give him the rights to pull her back into his life. To play devil's advocate/discuss, the issues would be:

1) It hasn't been established (to my knowledge) that amnesia was his only brain injury. So maybe another smaller injury caused a personality shift.

2) PTSD from any traumatic event heavily weighs and can probably even alter a person's psyche. My background is not in psychology but there's a reason why PTSD can be so damaging to someone.

3) Mandar being described as well mannered and a perfect person only come from his family, and Pallavi. Pallavi is not a good judge of Mandar because she video called with him for 4 months. Been there done that, it tells you very little of who a person really is. Secondly, we clearly know had dealings with Ved at some point - just friendship or business, we dont' know yet but being associate with Ved indicates he wasn't so squeaky clean.

His image to his family is one thing that he may have used as a front to keep them oblivious. Many people show one face to their families and are different in real life. We, as the audience, haven't seen any clips of Mandar pre accident to know his real character.

My bet is really on #2 & #3.

100% agree him having amnesia gives him no right to take Pallavi back. I wish Pallavi would say this. And I say Pallavi because that's the only one who has any affect on him. He brushed off Aayi when she said something similar. His obsession with her is overcoming any manners he did have at one point. Raghav being the one to tick him off even more. When you have that much of an unhealthy obsession with someone, I don't think manners even come to your mind. He didn't even think to ask Pallavi what she wanted before he told Raghav, IN FRONT OF PALLAVI, that he's going to bring Pallavi back as his own wife.

Really!?! I’ve not been on here for a couple of days so not seen the comments but how very sad I am to read this. It’s shocking to see girls think this way.

Some of the girls on this thread earlier mentioned incidents and those who have been through such things know how it feels. I was stalked by a customer when I had a part time job as a student and it was so scary.

I was super scared to go out at lunch times and when leaving at home time I made sure I left with my friends just in case I was ever followed home. Had to get work security to escort him and his friends off the premises once. He had that creepy look and vibe, like Mandar and actually looked similar to him hence he totally freaks me out. So no girls should not be wishing that upon anyone.

Trauma can cause a change or shift in personality but a 360 degree change is not seen anywhere till now? Is it possible for any kind of trauma to change the base foundation or core of your personality completely. There can be three options here :-

1. He is fake . He is a doppleganger and placed by Ved to sow chaos into Raghvi's life.

2. He has a split personality disorder. The other side of his personality came out because the memories which he used to supress it is gone.

3. This is his real personality and all the loving, caring personality is just an act from childhood and he is even more vile and evil than VD.
