if Toshu takes a home loan

Would Kinjal still be adamant on staying in that shah house circus if Paritosh specifically takes a home loan and buys a seperate apartment or penthouse or whatever for themselves?

Because I am still not able to understand why she wants to continue living in that weird old dysfunctional family, she has a problem because it was a gift from her mother, but if the same thing was given by anupama or Vanraj she would accept it turning out to be a hypocrite later on. Does she not care about Toshu or is it going to be just about her this time. Then I would say she is being really selfish.
