Sorry to say dear but I don't think so. Because we all know that how much Veer has yearned for Ranisa's love but at the same time we have also seen that how much his patients, his work matters to him, how much he respects his work and this time Ranisa hasn't played with his feelings only but tried to ruin his career and in all this his patient or the patient for whom he is so worried, who is very special for him that patient's life was on sake, his life was in risk and I don't think that Veer will ever be okay with it.

To be honest, I didn't understand the precap completely nor I see Rani going with him but I don't feel that anyone there is dreaming about it.
