Sona even asked ish that why doesn’t dev share the kids responsibilities, why does the mother have to do everything: handle both work and family. Ish just said because kids are more attached to mothers and dads can’t just stay home all day

All I can say that Ish is a more realistic character than meenu because I have seen people like her IRL. MILs often prefer their sons and grandsons over DILs and granddaughters, despite being a woman themselves. They’ll never say it outright but their actions or gestures reveal their true nature

Ishwari is such a regressive woman 😡 I get ya what you mean by real life MILs like that. I feel so sorry for those DsIL. sonakshi deserved better then.

yeah, as they women are women's worst enemies i remember there was a survey on this as well, that it is mothers who raise their sons differently than daughters while fathers mostly treat them equally.

Since I already talked so much about KRP, I will only share my review on KKK 😆

Overall the first week was better than I expected and none of the contestants were intolerable (or Atleast not that much 😆)

• Abhinav Shukla: he won his task where he competed with Astha Gill and Rahul Vaidya. I was so happy for him. But felt really bad for him later because everyone including Rohit Sherry were making fun of his science knowledge. He knew names of everyone’s phobias and was able to explain how he won his task using resonance and destructive interference. But these dumb didn’t get anything and mocked him instead
• Divyanka: she started as a nautanki by wearing a saree at the beginning of the episode. Like we get it, you are a bahu but stop with the OTT drama. But oh man she killed her task 👏 the way she held that mini crocodile to finish the task and didn’t even make any sound despite getting scratched over my body and face is really commendable. She won her task as well. I’m a fan of her in the show now..still don’t fully like her personality
• Rahul: too much scripted drama about him and disha which I skipped. He was doing well in his task but rushed too much and fell. He also almost gave up in the next task (he had to do an additional task because he lost the previous one) but rohit motivated him and he ended up completing it
• Sana (she played Lavanya in IPK): the whole time I was staring her face, she has gotten so much cuter since I saw her last. She lost her first partner stunt but tried her best. The next task she finished in 36 SECONDS!! That was a record in the history of KKK! Most people aborted this task in the past and Rahul almost quit it as well but this girl KILLED IT 👏
• Shweta: Did well in the first task and came second to Arjun Bijlani by just a second
• Nikki Tamboli: oh man she was hella annoying. Quit all three tasks because she’s afraid of everything. Everyone else and rohit were motivating her so much the whole time but she just kept giving up. Rohit got really pissed at her and asked her did she not know which show she signed up for? This is just the beginning and it’s only gonna get harder. Anyway she was eliminated and I really hope she doesn’t come back
• Vishal: he was one of my favs in BB and here too. He was really afraid of water and doesn’t even know how to swim but still attempted all three tasks which were all water based. He lost the first two because of his timing and phobia but aced the last one and really took Rohit’s feedback seriously
• Rest were decent and I have nothing specific to say about them

haha i know what you mean. whenever i watch the episodes post kidnapping, and shyam's ouster, i expected they showed arshi talking about the forced marriage crap and him apologizing for saying those horrible things to her and forcing to marry. I can't believe that was pushed under the carpet and to top that, he called her biggest mistake of his life matlab itna sadist scenes kaun likhta hain yar? they just shifted focus to anjali 😕

his apologies came much later, during their remarriage track, and it felt so misplaced because by then she had long forgiven and forgotten her pain. 😔 it was more like, 'you know i am sorry for that thing that happened eons back' and she is like 'oh that? never mind'🤔

i bet it was sitara's male chauvinism that didnt show proper redemption for him.

not just sitara, gul has an obsession for angry and rich rude ML and poor and naive yet talkative FL. She did the same in geet, IPKKND, QH, IB, IPK3 and now ishq par koi zor nahi. All her shows literally have the same ML-FL combo in different cities/settings

women have been taught this since a young age so it’s hard for them to see it any other way. But I’m glad that our generation is evolving and calling out all these double standards

yeah dev took a break from work when their younger son was born but now he’s probably two so dev is back to work this season

Lol I just watched today’s episode and sona’s dad said even if ish blames sona for WWII, he won’t be surprised 🤣sona’s dad is so blunt and hilarious

yeah they even had a bit about Abhinav and Rahul’s tashan from BB days. Abhinav had given statements about ignoring Rahul after BB and rohit asked Rahul about it and Rahul and Abhinav both just said it’s okay not everyone has to be friends with everyone. I didn’t like how the makers brought it up. They should’ve left BB drama back in the BB house. This is a different show

yep, they showed elimination in first week itself which they never do I think. I thought they’ll call it a no elimination week after the last task just like every other year. Rohit even mentioned that nikki probably thinks this is a no elimination week so she doesn’t care. So he asked other contestants whether they think nikki should stay or not. Majority voted her out because she didn’t even try a single stunt which is unfair for everyone else who are trying their best

Did you find out about Vishal? He was dating Madhurima and did a few shows with her too but they were in a really bad fight in BB after which they were ousted from the show. Btw he’s also the guy whom Shehnaz gill was talking to in the famous “taudda kutta tommy aur sadda kutta kutta?” And he offered her water in that meme..you can hear his voice at the end if you pay close attention. Ofcourse she was referring to Siddharth shukla but she was crying to Vishal and saying this 🤣

yeah and it seems its getting recycled to the worst level btw geet too had similar theme? i only watched few initial episodes and knew that she was cheated by her first husband and left pregnant. i had thought he would repent and he would be the hero but he became villain lol. didnt follow it after maan's entry that much. i just know she was pregnant for a year with flat tummy (similar to what anjali was)🤣 anjali's was worst though, one day she has flat tummy, next she has large protruding stomach 🤣

yeah maan was very rude to geet but later mellowed down. Btw did you know Abhinav played maan’s brother dev at the beginning. He also played drashti’s husband again in silsila where drashti’s character cheated on him instead
