So today you spent some time in writing one more page in your thesisđ
Love it! I want to be young again đ. I loved my college days! But I am 24 turning 25 in 2 weeks.
Medical school works differently in the US than in India. After high school graduation (~18), we need to complete undergraduate studies (~22) and then we can begin applying for medical school. I worked for 2 years between undergrad and medical school at research labs (I worked in a company doing similar work like what Pfizer and Moderna are doing) and at hospitals working with doctors.
Craziest thing, is even after graduating, we still can't practice medicine immediately. Residency is the next training period and that lasts 3-8 years depending on specialty. So I won't be a doctor until I am 33 đ
