BTW I don't think Pallavi can be charged- Mandaar wasn't missing and presumed dead, there was legal and medical proof of death- a body was found, a postmortem conducted, identity verified.. how tf can Pallavi be held guilty?

Those're valid points. But weren't all of us having some sort of discussion that if the point comes to it, since Pallavi & Raghav weren't really together-together, they can't use them being intimate at all against her. Let's see what ITV is planning.

Kaunsa TV law aur real law mein koi overlap hota hai? I'm not really thinking about this aspect of it all. TBH, in real life, the biggest legal hurdle would be Mandaar's- as per all legal, medical and government records, he's dead. And dead people coming back to life is usually a red flag for identity theft- he'd have to go through hoops after hoops after hoops to prove he's the real deal and is actually alive.

But obviously, we ain't seeing that.
