May be she wanted her to be weak so that Ahaan would think the breakdown is drama and out of fear too Savitri leaves from their life.

Thoughts on today's episode:

At the beginning of the episode, where Ahaan is talking about how he won't let Savitri re-enter their lives because he isn't that same 7-year old kid anymore, his pain is evident on his face. No matter what he says, it's not AVM that's angry, it's that 7 year old kid who feels like he was cheated and abandoned for no fault of his own. He still has that 'abhimaan' (not in the Hindi sense of that word--in Bengali, abhimaan can also roughly mean holding a grudge or being upset or disappointed with someone you're emotionally close to) of that 7-year old kid. That was a brief scene but beautiful❤️

My favorite part is perhaps the Sonu-Savitri scene in this episode. Frankly, I never expected them to show Sonu's turmoil separately because most ITV shows tend to focus on the main characters--any other characters and their feelings usually get brushed under the rug. This isn't any less painful or traumatic for Sonu just because she is not Ahaan. Shagun did a commendable job here imo. The way her eyes looked all puffy and reddish when she was talking, as if she was struggling hard to not break down in front of this person who her heart yearns for so much. After she's told Savitri to go away from their lives, even though that's the LAST thing the little girl in her wants--the girl who's craved for her mother's presence in every minor and major moments of her life--she lets go as she turns to leave. I loved that scene💔

That restaurant scene was absolute LOL. Savyy mummy was ratta maaroing Ishqi's dialogues and almost said that pedh pe chadhnewali baat 😆 Daadi being able to successfully dump the pills in the mug (without anyone even noticing) was nothing short of a miracle😎 Kanika earlier asked why Daadi would do this-- I still don't know why Daadi thinks it's a good idea. Maybe she hopes that Savitri will fall sick and come undone so will have to leave that place right away: having the pills will cause a mental collapse and she'll forget about the deal altogether?

Precap: I think we all kinda sorta know that Ahaan will not see it's Savitri. At least that's what it feels like to me.

Handa saab hopeful that the show will get an extension! (Possibly for more Lakshita too? 😛)

"I am still hopeful that the show must get an extension. If not an extension the show must have a change in the slot or shift to Sony LIV. I have a feeling that all the fans love will surely work in our favour as the amount of popularity the show has garnered is unimaginable"

I think the most hilarious (untended fun) scenes in the show so far are 😆

1. Ishqi trying to find nail marks on Sonu's black mailer hand during her haldi

2. Mausaji blurting out truth about Sagai ring

3. Dadi throwing pill in the coffee without Savvy and Ahaan noticing it but Ishqi could spot it from quarter mile away
