@bold - yes ji.. i attest to this.. we ave had soo many counters and none of us left our point but i consider ASP my friend here and definitely with respect.. you will find a lot of people berating you for speaking ur mind (sometimes i might also fall in that category) but never aps..

I just had a long conversation with LL regarding this. Would love to get your thoughts on that as well.

I also have a similar experience, where people have called me names that would make people shudder. But you cannot classify that as abuse, as many times you need to see the larger picture.

Agar Imlie would leave every time someone said something to her, she would be no better than Malini, jo har baat par maike chali jaati thi. And she can never be like the neighbourhood FL to shout at her in-laws just because she does not agree with them. She has better class and knows when to stay silent and when to speak her piece to ensure that samnewala gets her point.

All those who assume she is a doormat, she is not. She just prefers to choose her battles.

I attest to the above. And that is how I found my way to _seera_ first and consequently to Apsvenky...so glad to have this place to discuss on what we feel and why? difference of opinions presented in the right manner. You can agree to disagree but it is always so engrossing to find so many perspectives!

You are always welcome. Being a mother has taught me to berate someone so that my point will be put across, yet saamnewala will never feel bad.

As we grow old we choose how shit affect us.. and people will agree that after certain point we just let t go.. where what others thinks of you doesnt even matter.. you just know yes whatever i am doing is right nd i will keep doing it.. thats maturity.. thats peace and thats intelligence

Imlie at mere 19 has that kind of persona that people take years to reach..

The 2nd PD suhaagraat scene.. she takes soo much BS from BS only breaks when its too much even for her to take... before this aditya had only lashed at her but never has she been that upset.. thats the scene we should see to judge imlie.. she will only fight once but when she does there is only triumph
