As for Mandaar, I have a hawa mein teer as well. I don't think he recognized Pallavi- I think she left something behind in the ambulance, maybe some ID, and he's following to hand it to her. Warna agar recognize kar hi liya hota to ambulance mein hi baat karta na? And he'll have a close brush with her but not come face to face, like maybe hand it to Amma or Farhad.

But wahaan he'll see Pallavi and Milind and Amrutha, and memories will start getting triggered gradually.

yeah, even I think so. He might not recognise Pallavi for now. Either the name is familiar to him or else like you said, she must have left something in the ambulance.
