Part 8

Arnav & Khushi hug each other emotionally.

Suddenly, Khushi feels the pain in her back and feels uncomfortable.

Arnav noticed that and asked, "What happened, Khushi?"

Khushi: I have some pain.

Arnav puts Khushi's hair in the front and sees the scars on her back.

Arnav: Who has beaten you?

Khushi: Dad has beaten me.

Arnav: Why?

Khushi: He does not like our friendship & love. I have left everything & came to you. That's why I was testing you.

Arnav: Khushi, I may not be able to give you a luxurious life, but I have enough income as a swimming coach that would be enough for the three of us. I am sure that one day we will live a comfortable life. I guess there is some reason that you took sucḫ a dig step. Does he want to get you married to someone else?

Khushi: He will never get me married. He wants me to become a singer & a dancer so he can drink & gamble out of my earnings. He did the same to my mother.

Arnav gets shocked.

He gave up drums & got into bad habits like drinking & gambling. Whatever my mother used to earn, he squandered all money on drinking & gambling. Whenever my mother questioned him & protested, he used to beat her up. She was getting applause at the stage but getting a beating at home.

One day, my mother mustered up her courage & decided to leave the house.

Flashback

Prabha packs her bag & Khushi's bag

Kamlesh came to the room.

Prabha: I am leaving the house.

Kamlesh: Yes, you are free to leave. Wolves are waiting outside for alone and helpless women like you.

Prabha: In the men's world, the wolves are inside & outside the house.

Kamlesh: The wolves inside the house can at least protect you from the outside wolves.

Prabha: What is the guarantee? The wolves inside the house can also sell me to the outside wolves.

Kamlesh: I am not so vile. Until I can sell your art, there is no need for me to sell you.

Prabha: And what about the day when you are not able to sell my art?

Kamlesh: Then our beautiful & talented Khushi is there. She will earn that money for us & won't allow us to beg.

Kamlesh to Khushi: My child, please don't leave me.

Prabha said, "Come Khushi."

Prabha & Khushi were about to leave.

Kamlesh blocks their way & takes out the acid bottle.

He said, "Do you know what is there in that bottle?"

Kamlesh puts the cloth on the plant & drops the acid.

The acid tore the cloth & destroyed the plant.

Kamlesh: It is acid. If you move a step ahead, I will put you in such a state that you will neither be able to sell your art nor your body,

Prabha: You can't do that as I am your source of income, because of which your drinking & gambling activities are there. You don't have the guts to finish me.

Prabha took Khushi & was about to leave.

Kamlesh: I will show you my guts.

He pulled Prabha. The latter bangs her head on the table.

Kamlesh then threw the acid on her body.

Prabha screams.

Khushi cried

Flashback ends.

Khushi starts crying.

Khushi: My mom committed suicide the next day. But it didn't make a difference to my dad. Her journey came to an end, but my journey started.

Arnav: I want to end that journey of yours right away. You go home, get dressed & come to the temple, while I will call Anurag, Aditya, & others to make arrangements.

Khushi: Why?

Arnav: Come on, we are going to get married today & now.

Meanwhile, the goons go to Arnav's house & attack Prerna, who tries to run away from them.

One goon catches her & asks, "Where is Arnav?"

Prerna: He is not here. Otherwise, you guys would be in the hospital.

Khushi enters the gate & sees men kidnapping Prerna.

Arnav & Anurag comes there.

Arnav: They kidnapped Prerna? Who are those men

Khushi: Yes, they did. I think it is my dad's work. He has got Prerna kidnapped.

Arnav: Which place?

Khushi: They were saying Bangarkhana.

Arnav: Anurag, you take Khushi to the police station, while I will go to that spot & rescue my sister.

Meanwhile, Prerna tries to save her life, running away from them.

The goons chase her.

Arnav comes to that spot & searches for Prerna. He goes up.

Suddenly, he sees the men misbehaving with her.

Prerna: Leave me.

Arnav comes there & fights the goons & hits them.

Then he reaches the man trying to rape Prerna & hits on his head with a stick.

The man falls dead.

Arnav then caresses Prerna like a child. Anurag comes to the spot with the cops & gets shocked to see the man dead.

The police said, "You are under arrest."

The court proceedings start.

Arnav: It is not a murder, but it was an accident. It happened when I tried to save my sister's dignity.

The prosecutor said, "The report says the rape didn't take place at all."

Arnav: Do you mean to say that I should have kept quiet till the scoundrel rapes my sister so I can present her tarnished image to the court as a piece of evidence?

All his friends roared with laughter at the question that the prosecutor asked.

Prosecutor: The court requires evidence. Where were you when they kidnapped your innocent sister?

Arnav sarcastically said, "I was with your innocent sister at the bed."

The prosecutor lost his temper & said, "Shut up."

He threw the book on Arnav. The latter caught the book.

Arnav: When the public prosecutor can lose his temper on hearing about the rape of his sister, don't you think there is a possibility that he can murder that person misbehaving with his sister.

Anurag, Bajaj, Aditya, & the entire gang applauds Arnav.

The judge gave the verdict of one year imprisonment & live as a goon for another year while leaving the culprits scot-free.

Arnav: Sir, that's not fair on your part that you are leaving these culprits scot-free. Would you please not ruin my career & life?

But, no one listened to him.

The cops take Arnav.

While they were on the way, Prerna called her brother.

Arnav & the cops stopped.

Part 9

Prerna cries: You are going to jail. What will be my fate?

Arnav: I asked the same question to myself after I lost our parents. I got the answer along with the passing time.

Prerna: How will I live without you for one year?

Arnav: I am only facing imprisonment now. What will you do if they kill me tomorrow? How long will you keep crying? Stop crying. You are not a small child to hold my finger & walk. Be brave & strong. Learn to live alone.

Prerna: Who will teach me to live alone?

Arnav: You learn from life. It is the best teacher. Prerna, the love, affection & the days of comfort zone passed away. You will have to live against injustice, crimes, & deceit. That's my punishment & your testing time. All the best.

Arnav leaves with the cops. Prerna cries.

Rajdeep gets the news from his men & becomes upset.

Rajdeep: I have brought up my brother for 26 years & Arnav got just one year of imprisonment? That's injustice. The government law may be like that, but I have a different law, i.e., hands against hands, eyes against eyes, & tooth against the tooth, life against life, and brother in exchange for sister.

Prerna looks at Arnav's pics & goes to sleep.

Suddenly, the men knock on the door. Prerna gets scared & lifts the curtain.

Surprisingly, she finds Anurag.

Anurag: Don't get afraid. I am here.

Prerna: These men are knocking at the door.

Anurag: Let me see who they are.

He sees the men outside & goes towards them, taking the stick.

The men ran away, looking at Anurag.

Anurag: Dawm it! Cowards.

He said to Prerna, "Don't worry. I am always there for you. Your Arnav bro told me to take care of you till he comes back."

Prerna smiles.

Anurag: My sister Shivani & my mom, Vidya, will be with you now. Till then I will make some other arrangements.

Anurag calls up Shivani & said, "I need your help."

Shivani: Tell me.

Anurag: My friend & Prerna's brother got imprisoned, because of which Prerna is all alone. Can you be with her for today?

Shivani: Sure, Prerna is my classmate & my good friend.

Vidya & Shivani come to Prerna's house to give her the company.

Anurag, Bajaj, Aditya, Yuvraj, & others discuss Prerna's safety.

Anurag: Prerna's case is sensitive, & someone or the other should be there to take care of her.

Bajaj: That's true, but we can't be with for 24/7, but we can't leave her alone as long as Rajdeep is there.

Aditya: What arrangements have you made now?

Anurag: For now, I have told my sister & mom to take care of her. I should give my house on rent & shift to her place till Arnav comes back. In the meantime, we should shut Rajdeep's business & drive him out of the city.

Bajaj: Rajdeep has an enormous empire & has a lot of casinos. Where are you going to find them?

Anurag: Yes, we need to find out.

Anurag & Bajaj disguise themselves as Arabs & pretend to fight with the hotel manager to make a casino.

Rajdeep happens to pass by. He said, "I can take you guys to the place where you will enjoy the game."

He takes them to his casino & shows them the tables.

Bajaj shows Arabic currency to Rajdeep, but the latter said, "The currency of your country would not work here."

Bajaj: Fine, we will give you the Indian currency & play.

Rajdeep: Sure.

Anurag, Bajaj, & Aditya disguise themselves as the cops & raid the casino.

Anurag: No one will move from the place.

Rajdeep: It means that my doubts have come true.

He sends his men to catch Anurag & his men, but they beat them up.

A young boy calls up the police & tells them about the fight.

Anurag, Bajaj, Aditya, & Yuvraj loot the currencies from the machine & run as soon as they see the cops.

They threw the suitcase & crossing the wall.

The cops try to find Rajdeep, but he escapes.

The news came on TV that cops raided Rajdeep's 25 casinos, but they could not find him.

Anurag meets his mother & sister at home.

Vidya: I think we can stay with Prerna till Arnav's return. We will give that house on rent.

Arnav: Thanks, mom.

Anurag spends his time with Prerna, while Bajaj helps Vidya & Shivani in their shifting.

Anurag, Shivani, and Vidya move to Prerna's house.

Days pass by.

Anurag & Prerna develop feelings for each other.

Anurag makes a surprise romantic birthday party for Prerna at home. Prerna comes from the college.

As Prerna enters the house, everyone said, "Happy birthday, Prerna."

Prerna reads the instructions that Anurag wrote on the chit & meets him.

Anurag: I want to tell you something personal & essential.

Prerna: Tell me.

Anurag: I don't know whether I should tell now as your brother is not here.

Prerna: You can tell me.

Anurag: I love you, Prerna.

Prerna: I love you, too.

Prerna: I want to visit my brother.

Anurag: Sure.

Both go to visit Arnav.

Arnav: How is Khushi?

Prerna: She remembers you a lot.

Arnav: She has not come to see me. I think she is having problems with her father.

Prerna: I will convey the message to Khushi when we meet her in college.

Anurag: Arnav, I want to tell you something.

Arnav: Yes, tell me.

Anurag: You gave me the responsibility to take care of Prerna till you return, but I want to take care of her for life by marrying her.

The next day, Prerna meets Khushi & said, "Whenever I meet Arnav in jail, he keeps asking about you. Will you please visit him?"

Prerna: I am going to get married to Anurag.

Khushi: Congratulations.

Khushi visits Arnav in jail.

nice chapter............but try to make it more emotional.....the characters seems emotionless..

Arshi conversation was very emotional. So kamlesh doesn't want arshi to unite to not lose the goose who lays golden eggs?shocking that kamlesh poured acid on prabha for leaving the house n she committed suicide.since you don't kill people in your ffs I thought that prabha will recover n marry MJ of beyhadh.shocking that accidentally arnav killed a man while saving prerna from him.sad that arnav was given punishment while the goons were set free.perfect pics.

Arnav prerna scene was emotional. Arnav's dialogues to prerna were very good.anurag protecting prerna from those people was nice.liked anurag n family taking the responsibility of prerna.who is playing vidya?anurag arranging surprise birthday party for prerna n confessing love was romantic. Anurag informing arnav about marrying prerna was nice.loved arshi conversation about anupre wedding.glad that arnav got released from the jail.will those goons get punished?arshi dance on ek do was surprising.
