Disappointing that it's ended this way, but I think Gul Khan, Karishma Jain, Dipti Kalwani and the rest of the 4Lions production team decided this wasn't worth their time back in late May/early June, when Lalit Mohan was taken off the show and it was handed over to new guys like a work experience project.

There are a hundred logical arguments against the decision- such a popular couple in Param Singh and Akshita Mudgal (EASILY Sony's most popular fiction show, even rivalling Super Dancer and Indian Idol for views on certain episodes), numbers only increasing day by day on YouTube / Instagram, and a logical, dramatic track post leap would've only seen its popularity touch new heights.

The decision to axe it baffles me- perhaps Sony Entertainment Television / SET India/ Danish Khan/ NP Singh weren't willing to pay what 4Lions wanted for an extension? Stupid reason if so, but I can't think of anything else- especially if KUDCA stays and Ishk par Zor Nahi doesn't. Both shows have the same TRP's and IPZN beats KUDCA hollow on EVERY other metric online.

Can only think of what IPZN could have been in the hands of a more competent team- and it really, really disappoints me.

PS- using full names for a reason. If anyone from Sony India and/or the 4 Lions Production house is reading this, please feel the frustration and the disappointment of the fans.

For Param and Akshita- thanks a ton for entertaining us as Ahaan and Ishqi, and hope you get more success in life.

Edit- a quick comparison for yesterday's episodes on Sony's YouTube channel at the time of writing. How did they still decide to give IPZN the sack baffles me

So according to the photographer dude...sony and production house had a meeting yesterday and they took the decision yesterday....so actors were informed today....he is on live now...and we are asking if it could move to sonyliv he said we haven't got any information on that

Surprising. I hope all their shows fails miserably in near future and they'll realise the shit they're doing by keeping KUDCA over IPZN.

Arpit's vlog today confirms the news and he is urging people to save this show. He says main casts are upset & Shagun is crying.
