Possible, they may not be his children. It is rather sad that Vir does not think that Purvi deserves to know that they are not his kids. Purvi being his spouse, who has been humiliated umpteen times by the kids but still goes out of her way to be nice to them, he does not even have the courtesy to tell her everything. 😕
