7 years hota hai, I think. But all that comes into play if spouse is missing na, yahaan toh he has been fully verified, medically and legally, as dead. IMO, that should hold- after a complete medical examination, Pallavi can't and shouldn't be held responsible for moving on. In fact, I believe the biggest legal hurdle should be Mandaar's- he'll have to prove himself to be the real Mandaar, and alive.
Right.. Its because in my head I kinda know (99%) that Mandhar is gonna return, so I forgot he was pronounced dead with a postmortem done on his dead body. Infact, issue marriage ka nahi death ka hai. He will have to disprove the death certificate that must have been issued and prove he is indeed the real Mandhar. But ITV hai, they can twist anything to suit the story. Its gonna get messy for sure..and that's why I want him back alive temporarily. Wanna see all the conflicts. Also, most importantly I am very interested in knowing Mandhar as a character, not through flashbacks but on the basis of how he tries to fit himself back in, in everyone's lives..
