7 years hota hai, I think. But all that comes into play if spouse is missing na, yahaan toh he has been fully verified, medically and legally, as dead. IMO, that should hold- after a complete medical examination, Pallavi can't and shouldn't be held responsible for moving on. In fact, I believe the biggest legal hurdle should be Mandaar's- he'll have to prove himself to be the real Mandaar, and alive.
