Has anyone seen this movie? Is it worth watching?
I do remember watching it as a child but don't remember anything except liking d songs.
Am planning to revisit it now but only after members' opinions whether it is worth a watch.

This song is really fun even today

Never saw the movie but it’s about affairs evidently. I didn’t read the synopsis I just figured it out by reading the cast list 🤣🤣

Yeah it's about extra-marital affair. I know that, but I was wondering whether the movie has a good story, or does it just capitalise on the unique casting?
I actually have this purchased on iTunes, and I've probably seen it once. I can't even remember most of it (yikes)... but I do remember that it was quite good. Maybe it was just slightly boring too. Great songs though. And the Rekha-Jaya showdown is the highlight.
I need to watch it again,,, THIS WEEKEND 🤪
The movie isn't well made. The story is weak. Only the star cast and songs are the redeeming points
Overall good movie. I didn’t like the ending.

The ending was too abrupt and looked forced
Yes u can watch. Good one time watch
WATCH IT!
I typically don't watch films from the 80s as that was before I was even born, but this is one of the exceptions! I remember it was on TV one day (this was probably in 2012 or so) and given the feel of the film and the fact that it was watchable despite being such an old film, I thought to myself "this must be directed by Yash Chopra," and indeed it was!
The film is quite magical, especially "Yeh Kaha Aa Gaye Hum" song sequence combined with Amitabh's poetry!
A storyline focused on an extra-marital affair must have been quite unique for its time, so bonus points for that! KJo is inspired by Chopra, and you can see how he must've crafted KANK in his own way while being inspired by Silsila.
Completely agree.
Rekha and Big B characters were in love with each other even after they got married to different people. I don’t understand this obsession with Indian movies that they have to return to their respective spouse to respect the sanctity of marriage!
