Han the normal emails are like that. Even whatspp group chat is sometimes difficult to handle if there are too many people.

But why don't u guys try the google hangouts groups... it's linked to your email but works like whatsapp... like office meiin we have these hangouts group for all the managers...then for all tge team memebers...then I also have groups with HODs etc.🐷

See I am okay with hangouts, discord, insta, twitter and even gmail ( But I know it is not user friendly).
