I think it's this. She comes across extremely impressions, and he seems very manipulative. Also, the timing of their relationship starting and the accident pretty much overlaps. I'm assuming he leveraged the shared trauma of the day to further pull her strings.

This khajoor sunshine is extremely manipulative . He has manipulated Keerthi to the point she is not feeling any guilt at all when Raghav said he will take the fall for her or her trying to frame Farhad for accident .
