Didn’t Sakshi said 10 years of marriage?

In one of the episode Sakshi said “meri dus saal ki shaadi pe tumhare 6 mahine ka pyar bhari pad raha hai purvi?” So that means they were married for 10 years and now how come youth kids showed up? Also After Sakshi came back didn’t even ask once about these 2 kids?

That was the promo but in the episodes she always said beel saal ki shaadi everytime Purvi said 10 years I always thought it was a editing howler but now see we have grown up kids😆😔
