If we consider the main context of "Udaariyan" it revolves around dreams yes, but most importantly the Sandhus' dream for Canada. In an episode, Bebe reveals the real reason for her craze for Canada. Bebe and her husband gave away their first child (a daughter) to her husband's sister in Canada since she was childless. Later Bebe had 2 sons, however, after her first daughter was given away the husband's sister (Bebe's sister-in-law) broke all the ties and contact with them nor did she allow them to even see their own child as if forgetting what they did for her.
This is the reason why Bebe is crazy for Canada. She wants to settle in Canada so as to see her daughter see her happy life even if from afar.
This brings up some questions in my mind.
Why do they need to settle in Canada through Tejo and Jasmine's marriage in the first place? They can just save money and go there for a tour-like visit and try to find out if the unknown daughter is actually going to entertain Bebe and her family. They can surely afford to do this rather than saving up an unaffordable amount of money for their daughters' marriage and wait for their sons-in-law to settle them in Canada permanently.
Now we know Bebe's reason which at least seems a bit logical (only a bit), but where does the craze come from in Jasmine and her mother Satti? As far as I know, Jasmine's dream may have been shown to her in childhood but knowing her nature she has never been wanting to go to Canada to fulfill her family's dream. It's always been about her own dream, that she cares about. According to her, Canada = Luxurious life which is her shopping for clothes and accessories all the time with no hard work involved from her side. On a side note, Abhiraj's family doesn't seem so inclined towards this Canada dream.
Let's assume Tejo and Jasmine get married to Canadian guys who are well settled. How are these girls going to help the whole family settle in Canada? Is their family going to live off their sons-in-law's money for their whole lives? now, where is that value of "not even drinking water at son-in-laws' place?
Considering that this family intends to use marriage as a gateway to Canada, why does it have to be both Tejo and Jasmine to marry a Canadian guy? Tejo has her own dream which is not really coming in the family's way. And let's say even if it is, Jasmine is still there to fulfill their dream. Also what about Abhiraj? He can get a job in Canada and would be the second-most practical option to take the whole family there (the first option being the one in brown)
