That is why they think Shaurya will no longer support Anokhi's education after marraige, afterall what incentive does he have to go out on a limb for her...he already has Anokhi dependent on him. They are so focused on blaming Anokhi for everything that they seem to have missed that Shaurya has fundamentally changed in his soch and he is more stronger in his convictions than entire family put together.

Tejvi are for sure overconfident. After raising that child for 25 years, you'd think they'd read him better. As Anokhi once mentioned, Shaurya is also a master at hiding his feelings. He's hid so much of his thinking from them, especially that involving Anokhi. Yet Devi pieced it together. But she's been wrong since ShaKhi love confession/sindoor shaadi. Shaurya has become mature, open, very invested in his wife and marriage. How Devi is missing the signs is beyond me. But it is a great point that their history tells them that they can separate the strongest of couples, which they did with Shaan(we still don't know what they did exactly). There must be some circumstance they created that prevented Shaan from leaving his home. Shaurya's already left once, so what would stop him from leaving again. This time he has the support of his parents too. Shaan is independent enough to own his own flat, but he's such a believer in joint family, he won't leave SH?? Why?? I feel like we don't know something and I hope it's a good secret that explains all this.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Ramesh Bhalla trying to be give his daughters much needed trust and boost. I am surprised that the question of her staying with ACP has not been brought up yet. Tejvi are just cheap, I cannot believe they keep bringing money into every conversation

I've been asking this ACP question for a while. Chandigarh is very progressive that no one has pointed a finger at Babli living with him, and even when Anokhi moved in. The Bhallas stayed at his place during the wedding(or at least visited the night of the mehndi). How has no one mentioned this yet? Maybe we're waiting for Vineet to make a comeback and slander her?
As I said before Noor does not want to leave either. She has never stopped loving Shaan and she loves her son and Anokhi but she cannot stay at Sab house. She cannot go through all the pain and humiliation that she went through last time all over again. The only solution is to get Shaan to move to his flat and then the reconciliation will work but Shaan has not figured that out yet. I saw Shaurya nod his head when Anokhi was telling Shaan that soon Astha will live with them. It is upto our couple to help bring their parents together.

This is my ideal situation. Finally Shaan moves out, takes a stand that he's staying with his Noor! I would like ShaKhi to have a hand in this reconciliation. This will also allow me to have my KP of the foursome having a dinner together with all the nok jhok! I love the way Shaurya interacts with his mom and dad.

Shaurya is smart. Shagun mentioned several times that she made different mocktails for them and then she was going to let Aokhi drink it but she spilled it when Shaurya tried to take a sip. Does that not look fishy to Shaurya though he probably can't imagine Shagun falling so low? I have no idea how Shagun thinks because while sleeping on someone's nupital bed is disrespectful but it does not ruin anyone's SR especially in a love marraige. Also everyone seem to have forgotten that Shaakhi was married before this social wedding so they could have already been intimate and this might not even be their true SR. It does answer an unrelated question- if Shagun and Shaurya were ever intimate?, apparently not because by Shagun's logic, Shaurya would be tied to her. The whole sequence does not make any sense to me but I am letting it go because it adds drama and it shows Shagun's true colors to the couple and may drive a conversation amongst them regarding Shagun. It will once again reiterate that Shaurya has no interest in Shagun and is totally enamored by his wife. It gives Astha a chance to play Shaurya's mom and not only force Shagun out of the room but also forewarn Shaurya that there is game afoot. There is a reason from storyline perspective that she stayed back. I am also hoping this leaves Shaurya upset and Anokhi takes initiative this time. I want 1-2 episodes on SR night ...not just romancing but having true conversation about their life.

At least some in the fandom will be happy to know that Shagun and Shaurya weren't intimate. That was a point of discussion after Shaurya mentioned loving Shagun.

I want Shaurya to be smart about this too. But his stupidity is required for Shagun to stay around. I would ideally just like Shagun out of SH, so she can make Anokhi miserable at SIAC. I'm okay with that drama, if we can get relief from daily drama at SH.

The beizzati of Shagun is what's going to get me through Sunday. SR will be a topic to be discussed until it happens...so can it happen because I'd like to move on from it! As we've all said, Shaurya and Anokhi can find a bed and privacy anywhere in that big house. Alok's line about it ruining ShaKhi's night is clearly overblown. Also, Shaurya Sabherwal is Besabherwal for a reason!😉

Anokhi is trying so I give full points to her but honestly as you mentioned the family is so toxic that it is unrealistic that she can change them or get them to accept her with her dreams. I just want her to remember what Shaurya taught her in the most painful way, he is her partner and she needs to share all her challenges, fears and desires with him.
Anokhi seems like she needs a refresher course in sharing her concerns with him. Since her shaadi, Anokhi is speaking up, but I feel like her control on her life is slipping. There's so much adult decision making happening around her that she doesn't seem to be in control anymore. Even after sindoor shaadi, she took decisions on her own. After this shaadi, it feels like she's being too considerate, not like Anokhi at all. Maybe I'm just not used to this.

Shaakhi must be expecting this. The question is how will Shaurya navigate through this- fighting or finding an underhanded way to make it happen. It seems to be dinner time in precap so we have already had Shagun's lunch or maybe she slept through it too. I do not expect this episode until next Wednesday or Thursday. We will probably end next week with Shaakhi strategizing on how to let Anokhi take her exams.

Wednesday/Thursday First rasoi?

Friday/Saturday Shagun lunch and Exam prep?

Our old episode pacing would've made me believe we'd zoom through days. But now, I feel like we'll be on first day of marriage drama for a week.

Anokhi has taken a huge leap of faith when she trusted Shaurya with her dreams and put herself in position where he has immense power over her life decisions from a societal perspective. All that matters is Shaurya's support and his opinion.

I'm sure it's been mentioned on here already but Anokhi has the most to lose. She really has put a lot of trust in Shaurya. After watching many men fail the women in their lives, Anokhi's insecurities were justified. It's Shaurya's actions that convinced her to give him a chance and I really hope he doesn't disappoint. For the sake of drama, I'm sure he will stumble, but never to the point of breaking that trust. There will always be comparison to the OG show, but that was clearly named with the girl in mind and her journey, while here it's supposed to be both their kahani, so I want them to work together in this. I don't want it to just be Anokhi always fighting for her rights against the regressive Sabherwals. That story will get preachy and repetitive fast.

From the storyline perspective, Shaakhi has already had more that four confrontations since morning (letting her go for exam, change of venue, grihpravesh and insult of relatives). They do not have fight elders at every opportunity especially when they have time to make a decision.

They've had a loooooooooooong and exciting day! Time to cap that off with the SR 😉. The reception was not the place to fight, so I can see why they're just laying low. But like you said Tejvi are gearing to fight at every opportunity which is why Anokhi not returning fire will make her look submissive, but I can appreciate that she's picking and choosing her fight. She can't win every battle, but she's got to win the war, which she will with Shaurya's support!

All Shaurya needs to do is say Anokhi will give exams and study further if she wants to and the topic will be closed because only he has the authority to make that decision in the household. Why argue about it and try justifying it? Tejvi can say whatever they want, they only hold any sway in the matter if Shaurya stays silent and let them make a decision on his behalf.

I can see this from the Tejvi point of view where Tej thinks Shaurya makes a decision and Anokhi will just have to follow it, just like Devi has to follow Tej. But the idea of Shaurya 'allowing' Anokhi to do anything just to shut up Tejvi, but not bringing about real change in the family irks me soooo much. I know things can't change over night, but if Anokhi is only able to do things because Shaurya okays it, but Kanchan and Gayatri still have to dance to their husband's tune, then nothing will change in SH.

My guess is Tejvi +Shagun will try to create a problem so that Anokhi is unable to give exams.

Anokhi's exams have been talked about so much. It sounds like the next track revolves around that. I'm sure Anokhi will ask how the twins get to study and she doesn't. Tej will say something condescending about the difference between betis and bahus. It will be the same as the early episode conversation but now Anokhi will say something and Shaurya will certainly say something.

I also expect a track around inter-college debate and the issue of honeymoon come up.

Is the debate something that happened in Mohor? The twins mentioned the honeymoon once, but I don't think it will come up for a bit just because of covid and also because of Anokhi having to go to SIAC. If they do bring it up again and plan it, it will be used for drama but plans will get squashed in the end!

Something has to pop up that starts Shastha track- unravelling of past and a reason for her to stay in Chandigarh.

There was a pic of Deepa in a dulhan outfit, so maybe we'll get more flashbacks. I really want to understand what went wrong between Shaan and Aastha before I support a Shastha remarriage fully!

KV had mentioned in one of his interviews that Shaurya does something impulsive for Anokhi and he hopes she likes it. I have wondered if that is related to SR or honeymoon or her education/exams.

Yessssss. Please give Bebo something to do besides taking selfies. If we got to do drama for the trp, I want the writers to flesh out the side characters like the twins, Kanchan/Yash, and Gayatri! Gayatri got all these nice outfits for wedding rituals but hardly had any lines. They might as well have dressed up a cardboard cut out of her!

Btw, we've been doing all this IF responses back and forth, but I never get to fully say hi to you. So Hi Puja. Hope all is going well with you! I went for Christmas colors for the post!!
