I think it was when Kartik was checking his BP after ishqi came to their house with savitri on barsi. He also took a pill on holi which seems to be for his BP problem and ishqi thought he takes drugs 😆

No I don’t think it’s shock or BP ... there’s a part missing in between ... I think they drugged him

What i feel or decode from sneak peak possibility

A) ahaan leaves rheas room and is actually shocked by her accusation so thats why he fainted

B) he actually went to a pub or somewhere to drink and got drunk,so went he came back majorly drunk ( possible rhea followed him)
