Can anyone please decode when does Ishqi address Ahaan as "AVM" and when "Ahaan"? Are there any particular moments when she refers to him as "Ahaan" instead of her classic AVM?

When she cupped his face after he kind of lost it after hearing the Dadi suicide attempt news, she called him Ahaan.

Ahaan I think will mostly be in private; AVM when anyone else is around.

The phone number is also saved as Ahaan.

AVM infront of him and mostly Ahaan infront of others.

Post-Leap -

AVM in her thoughts and I think no address because of the chaos before Mayank's truth reveal.

After confession -

Mostly Ahaan, even infront of him.

I thought so but she called him Ahaan infront of daadi during the suicide fiasco and even infront of the whole crowd in Friday's episode when she managed to save herself and run.
