Today I was watching a IPZN clip between Karthik & Ahaan (gobi parantha waale)
Literally..we have a pair like that in office.
One copies telemarketing ke ads and kya acting karta hai poori ki poori same..
& the other one makes jokes like Ahaan in the scene:
Me: chai pe chal lo 4 baj gaye hain
Him: chai pe kaise chalenge, pair jal jayenge.

I think if a person is very upstanding and righteous in general - its safe to trust such a person. At the end of the day its trust isn't about just two people. If a person is compassionate and good hearted in general - they won't hurt anyone deliberately.
Personally - I only trust people who are good in general with everyone. True nature of a person only comes out when they are good and helpful to ones who can give back nothing in return (not talking about charity here)

Me too! It's a huge give away. Especially observe them when no one's looking at them.
I have always made friends like that irl, and thankfully, they are the nicest persons I have ever know. I just can't get along with people who are not good. Which is why I don't get along with most of my relatives 😆
