Seriously own set up means no sharing a rack/ waiting for your turn, no guy offering to spot or thinking they have to give feedback on your form..😡

Though I did make 2 very good friends at the gym ..both guys..

It is expensive setting up squat racks and all..and also need a room with good ceiling height and all..

The time I go at ( 5:30ish am) there are hardly any females in the weights area. Even generally it is usually way more guys than females.

ALso, I have never seen a brown girl lift in my gym. Brown bros around though.

Usually most people are minding their own business. 1-2 will definitely praise if I do upwards of 225 on squats .😆 Like - you do not look like someone who has that kind of strength.
