Here in NL we will slowly restart and get back to normal. The new normal that is. We do not have to wear face masks anymore. I did use it today.. I was on the market and so busy there. Didn't want to take the risk..

Haan yha gyms kabhi close ho rhe hai kabhi bhi open ..so bought the neede equip b4 the lockdown 😆...i bought them n uske 2 din baad se ...lockdown announce hgya...now gyms are open but next month jaungi ...shd look out for a time slot with less ppl around ..probably in the mrng shift as i'm continue my evng routine 🥳

Arm pain is easy to ignore, and 1-2 days mein chala jayega max, but dimaag ki vaat lag gayi thi meri the whole of next day 🤪 Felt like a sloth
