Hi,
I read somewhere that the actor - Bhumika has quit due to a personal health reason. Haven't seen any official statements about it .
Her character might not last long, but they still have to complete her storyline right because of which they need a replacement đ

Agreed
I would be really glad if they wrote off meeraâs character completely. Instead they are changing actress. Bhumikaâs acting was watchable honestly. I donât know about the new girl. Its imaginable that they are going to show meera âa complete bitchâ. I have a terrible feeling that they are going to stretch this irritating storyline as much as they want until TRP drops. đ
Dear maker, please show something acceptable stories. Kuch toh daya ki jiye! đ
If it would have been a different reason, exit could have been with the character having sudden change of heart and leaving or dying at the hands of SS's goons saving Pratigya or kids.
Much like how Balwant's character left after shooting 1-2 scenes before the cast packed up and left for Silvassa. Here Meera cannot exit suddenly and Bhumika will not return to shoot, so they need a new actor.
But hoping they wrap this up soon leaving no loose ends so that the character has no potential to return later.

Who is bhumika
Bhumika is the actress who played Meera. She has left they show so a new actress is going to play Meera instead of her

Yes you are right. What if the new girl is worse...like not acting wise..since all are actors but what if her screen presence is still annoying?
They will definitely stretch it but idk what they are waiting for because TRP has reduced anyway
Itâs great to know that trp has decreased. đ yehi Hona chaiye tha. I hope the trp decreases more so that they compulsively change the track and kick meera out for good. đ

Ofcourse TRP will reduce. The audience doesn't have the same mentality as what was when MKAP season 1 launched.
After seeing SS to be reformed and supportive, Pratigya in a heavily empowered character and Kesar and Komal in progressive tracks, they have reduced it to a cheap husband snatching show. These gimmicks were acceptable in Season 1 when such tracks were introduced for SS and Shakti bringing second wives/mistresses but not anymore.
How is it any different from any other typical drama now??
Ofcourse drama is needed and I expected Pratigya and Krishna / SS to be at loggerheads, but on some sensible social issues, not this melodramatic nonsense.
