I think Mandar is legally declared dead. Because police were investigating his death. If he was considered as a missing person, they will be looking for his location. And Raghvi's marriage are legal as far as I know. There might be a dilemma on Pallavi and Mandar's marriage as they didn't consummate their marriage. So her both marriage will be at stake.

Bhai how can he be declared legally dead, when he is part of an open investigation on behalf of his wife. And technically, are they even married. If he supposedly died on the wedding night itself, how can their marriage be considered legal, without registering it?

Coming to Raghav Rao, he would have bloody registered and done all the needful at that time, when he wanted to force Pallavi on the marriage. So, let's see. Raghav Rao fighting for Pallavi is what I want to see now, not a Devdas, please. That woman has fought for him many times. It's his turn to fight for her and her choices.

In India it's not compulsory to have a mrraige registered. If married according to Hindu customs it is a valid marriage. There should be witness or proof of marriage and it will have legal binding

That I know but if they go to court the marriage she had for months will be valued more than the one which lasted only for a day. It will be her first marriage that would be annulled since the marriage was not consummated and lasted only a day if she says she accepts Raghav as her husband and they have more of a relationship than she does with Mandar.
