I think raghvi marriage would be legal because Mandar died on his wedding day shaadi register hi nhi hua hoga and Raghav apna bht smart hai he must have immediately gotten the marriage registered and also the stunt pallu pulled on the reception has media coverage so that will immensely help and in any case in this situation even court would let Pallavi decide because these are out of the norm circumstances as she did really believe her husband to be dead when she got remarried.

If he's alive, and negative, then more than an accident, I think he set up his own death, and left irrefutable evidence behind him, which is why all the documentation exists but the circumstances of his death are suspect, which is why Pallavi was making rounds of the police station.

In India it's not compulsory to have a mrraige registered. If married according to Hindu customs it is a valid marriage. There should be witness or proof of marriage and it will have legal binding
