Bollywood Biggies to dominate 'small' screen

Television is definitely not a small screen anymore. This year some of the biggest B-Town stars will be seen on TV one after the other.

Salman Khan's first TV show as a host is tentatively beginning on June 26 on Sony. Titled Dus Kadam, it is based on The Power of Ten. Here contestants have to answer questions which were earlier put forward to the public. The winner can be richer by up to Rs 10 million.

Khiladi No. 1 Akshay Kumar will be anchoring Fear Factor's second season which will have Bollywood stars as participants. The first season had television celebrities and was aired on Sony. Mukul Dev hosted it. However, this time it will be aired on the soon to be launched Viacom18. The date of telecast has not yet been finalized.

Lastly, Juhi Chawla is also making sure that she is not left behind in the race. The pretty actress is going to host Rock And Roll Soniye for Star Plus. Various real life couples are going to perform on songs and celebrity judges are going to mark them. The final winner will be chosen by public voting. The winners' dream wedding will be sponsored by the production house. The show is expected to start by the middle of the year.

Following him will be dancing queen Urmila Matondkar, who will be seen hosting Vaar Parivar, which is starting from April 28 on Sony. A singing reality show, an entire family will be seen performing on one song. Before this the Rangeela girl appeared as a judge on Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 2.

That's not all. More stars to join the list - one show featuring Bachchan is already in pipeline .Zee TV is said to be working on it for many days. Apart from that Divya Dutta is also going to host a comedy show for SAB TV.

Man I got sick of watching these American TV shows on the TV every freakin' night and was thinking ok at least there are some nice shows in these indian channels, but so much for that!!!!!! Now all the Indian people are copying these shows, which is just annoying.
