A message for the KKB creatives

If anybody from the Kumkum Bhagya creatives is reading this:

Chaps, you've BUTCHERED the show in the last six months. Made an absolute mockery of it.

Pragya and Abhi were 28 and 30- ish at the beginning of the show.

Add their courtship period, marriage, Kiara, post-Kiara, the 20 year leap, and the story till date, and it logically goes that Abhigya are comfortably into their 60's.

You also had a perfectly popular couple in Pranbir, and the logical part would've been to take the story forward using them, whilst also keeping Abhigya as parents in the background.

Ranbir was a unique character in terms of ITV ML's, but he's been reduced to pretty much a joke as well.

I'm not going on a blame game here, but there was a clear, obvious, logical path to follow given the characterisations so far, and sorry to say, you've lost your way big time!

Exactly! They clearly had a lot of stories to tell! Especially stories revolving around Doosri Peedhi! But what did they choose to do instead? Give more prominence to tried, tested and already flopped tracks of Pehli Peedhi! The focus shifted from January which had ratings around 2.5! The focus still remains the same and look how bad it fell, 1.3! Literally! They actually thought showing a love triangle of older generation in a show that already has a younger generation filled with immense potential could bring more trps? Like really? Is it always necessary to show them romancing, cuddling all the time, acting like teenagers when they could actually show them as mature parents, trying to understand the problem of one daughter with another and taking steps to send her away to rehab or something!? Does it take too much effort to show them as responsible parents and make them see how their princess is torturing her sister? Instead they’re shown to be too oblivious to their children’s problems and moreover the gazillion weddings they keep doing gosh! No wonder they lost their elder child! Even general audience would run away thinking dude give younger generation a chance! And they actually did run away! Not trying to blame them but it’s the fact! People already have watched their love story! Now it’s time to move on to the next phase and show them to be a bit more mature and understanding! It’s time to give younger generation a bit more focus because they do have a story to tell!

Pranbir are so unique, there love story was heading somewhere! Their next step was marriage! We all know how the characters in the show don’t want them together so their marriage could actually bring about some good amount of drama in the show! Maybe some tashan between both couples! But nah, they’re sidelined completely now, fans are getting 2-3 minutes of lollipop scenes every alternate days and makers are like let’s bring an old crazy lover of Prachi’s father and also make him a groom one more time, no two more times maybe more! No wonder people are done with this show!

They have completely butchered this show! Even younger generation are not spared! We have no idea what’s gonna happen with them now! Looks like the villain Rhea Mehra won just like her idols Aliya and Tanu! Just great! As if we will sit around to watch the villains win and leads beg!

The upcoming leap is gonna be another failure if they again focus on something that has no absolute potential! Please try and focus on something people are interested in watching and please try to bring some positivity! We’re fed up of all the negativity winning! Please!

Somehow I feel that Zee TV's intereference is too much on Bhagya's and less creatives fault. The creatives were well into gradual generation progression as long shows generally do but Zee tv hungry for trps forced the show to go to back to basic how it was in trp topping days - Abhigya nok jhok and tanu Alia crap even though all these characters are in their retirement age technically😆

If trp falls further they might wipe doosri peedhi entirely and go for the usual punarjanam- but here I'm pretty sure here the most special and mahaan tanu Alia will be reincarted as well🤪
