I don't know how to rate them😆 But I can tell what their issue is.
1) Virat- He has a saviour syndrome. He feels the need to be everyone's saviour and hero.
2) Pakhi- Needs validation from the whole world. And despises those who don't give her that validation.
3) Kaku - has the need to control everyone and everything.
4) Ninad- Has this insecurity where he feels insignificant. So he gets up, gets dressed and tries on his army past to feel better about himself.
5) Omkar- He's too dependent on Ninad and Bhavani to have an identity on his own. His values are not really his but he had imbibed them.
6) Sonali- Feels incomplete without her husband. Will leave Bhavani the moment Omkar rebels and proves himself.
7) Karishma- Has lost self-confidence so relies on others for that. A little praise can make her do anything.
8) Sai- She is insecure. So has developed the need to feel better than everyone else.
9) Mohit- just like his father. No Identity. Depends on Vahini.
10) Ashwini- is pessimist. Has lost courage and will to change anything about her life.
11) Devyani- trauma of losing her child.
12) Pulkit- has Inertia.
13) Sunny- has this need to advise even if not wanted😆

For me only one character need to be send hospital thats virat coz I want see what's inside his brain that gave him so much patience to tolerate all nonsense going around him .
This man actually need some award to tolerate family like Cgang , pakhi who use him & later humiliate him & wife like sai who never leave a moment to humiliate him , I really want to see what is his source of patience.
