I think she is talking about Ahaan's mother and father. She has previously tried to tell Ahaan and Sonu the truth and failed and feels guilty about it. I think Ahaan's father was abusive and Savitri left because of that, and chachi did not stop the abuse.

Yes absolutely right. I also think the same that it's related to Ahaan's dad. We have seen in the beginning also that more than couple of times she mentioned Savitri and the injustice done to her about which Chachi is uncomfortable. But I love her character. Unlike other evil chachis of ITV she is cool, modern n genuinely good.
