Your optimism is infectious Snehaπ€a lot of illness is in mind & doctors don't cure, they treat to cure, the level of response differs from patient to patient because ( apart from age, co-morbidity etc) each patient's mind-set is differentππΌ

Nimona is a winter specality,as peas are fresh tender & tastier during the season- it's a very simple dish, with regular ingredients- make coarse paste of washed peas, blend tomatoes seperately into a smooth paste, then shallow fry cauliflower florets, potatoes, once done add red chillies, asafoetida, fenugreek( I don't use preferred cumin, instead opt for fenugreek,it has stronger taste, it's abt individual taste you can use either) once this starts to splutter add ginger chillies, then add tomato paste & usual turmeric, coriander powder, add pea paste & salt to it ,for final twist,to cooked hot dish I add 1/ 4 cup of whipped curd for smoother creamy taste, garnish with coriander or for bit heavier richer feel, chopped dry fruits π³
Thanks a bunch Nitya.π€π€ Have frozen peas at home. This should be one yummy treat with all the ingredients. Seeing how rich it could be, will try after quarantine but anyways will give the recipe to
