Fatejo and how it might go on.....

Let's talk about Fatejo, keeping all the negativity aside.

Fateh is all in his path to lose the friendship that they had made.

But beyond that, I am more interested in the bumpy ride of hia love story. His story with Jasmine was almost linear...easy in fact. He impressed her, she got impressed. He agreed to her conditions, made his family agree, got a job, nearly got married and finally when he lost the job, She left him too.

But all the while, apart from the marriage, Fateh had got all that he had asked for.

He got her love (however shallow it might be), he spent intimate moments with her, he nearly got his family, job and love in one page.

But with Tejo, this entire equation is going to be troublesome. Neither will he be able to fully get her, nor her affections and not the family in one page.

His present actions are going to close Tejo's heart for him and when he realizes that he wants it, the walls will be sky high. On top of that Jasmine will be an extra burden then.

His own insecurities are also going to hit hard. I am sure he is going to develop abandonment issues of not being good enough. This is Buried but Jasso has done a number on him. Once he falls for Tejo, he is going to have all those issues crop up. Because let's face it, Jasso has nothing except her beauty and her family/College friends.

Tejo on the other hand is more qualified academically than Fateh. She is also independent and in contact with a whole different world he has no idea of.

Jasso and Fateh react so extremely because that's their entire life - love and getting married + Canada for Jasso.

Tejo's dreams are bigger. She is on the path of getting a doctorate degree which is an academically ambitious project. Which is why she is much more practical, she has more than that in life.

These all issues are going to trouble Fateh a lot. As far as I have seen, he is one to go head first into Love. He forgot his own dreams so easily. Being unable to earn her affections is going to be painful for him.

And I am going to love him pining.

Quite an interesting topic of discussion it is.

I agree... Fateh is surely on a path to lose his friendship with Tejo. They had a bond of mutual trust and respect but unfortunately, his present actions are working towards breaking that bond.

Even I am interested in the development of Fatejo relationship... more so from Fateh's side.

Definitely, his relationship with Jassu was actually pretty much linear, straight forward. As much as I understood from the details, they never had a proper ground of their love story. They had love (which looked more like an infatuation) but I doubt if there was any trust... Respect surely was not there. Had respect been there, Jassu would surely not have insulted Fateh and his love on their wedding day. Similarly, if Fateh would have had self respect, he surely wouldn't be going after Jasmin, trying to talk to her etc.

He definitely was about to get love, family and job all in one page...

With Tejo, it is different. They had developed a bond of friendship and respect between them... And going by Fateh's current actions, he is on the verge of losing Tejo's friendship as well as her respect. Plus as you said, these actions are going to lead her to close her heart for him. She will surely build walls around her heart, might treat him courteously but she is surely going to lose the respect that she has for him and it will also severe the ties of friendship between them.

Once he realises his love for Tejo, he will be in a great predicament. On one hand, Tejo will have sealed her heart (not that her heart is currently open for him because she herself said that she has been married to such a person who will never ever love her because he loves her sister); that place which he had as a friend will also be lost. Then, as you said, Jasmin too will be a burden for him. And then, maybe he will also have the guilt of his senseless actions weighing down on him...

Then, his own insecurities might be creeping up inside him. He probably might develop abandonment issues... Plus he himself heard Tejo saying that her life and dreams got ruined because of their love story. So, maybe this point might also creep up at some later point making him think that Tejo doesn't want him around and will never accept him.

Jassu surely has nothing apart from her looks and her family and friends. Tejo surely has bigger dreams... she wants to achieve something in her life. Her life doesn't revolve around getting married and going to Canada. She is more sensible and practical.

Fateh is surely going to have a lot of troubles... As much as we have seen, he does fall head first into love. He forgot his own dreams and made Jasmin's dream his own... He surely will have a lot of pain while trying to earn her affections.

I myself am going to enjoy watching him pining...

At the same time, I would also like it if Tejo lends him some of her practical sense... He is in dire need of that. Once they develop a cordial relationship, maybe after some time when he stops his senseless behaviour, I wish they have one normal conversation where Tejo smacks some sense into him. He has been behaving totally senseless as of now...

But, this is Colors Tv channel that’s known only to promote and showcase regressive content in its shows to fetch maximum TRPs in comparison to other channels. And I have no hopes from the makers nor the channel.

I’m dead sure that the makers will show Extra marital affair turned into marriage b/w JasFa and Tejo might be handed long end of stick and thrown away by these two lovers. Fateh will ruin and kill his friendship with Tejo because of his obsession with Jasmine. I doubt if he’ll realise his mistake after JasFa wedding also.

Only few makers like DJ Creative or Ekta K who have the knack of giving good storyline and progress in case of forced or swapped marriages in their shows.

I also like and love to watch FaTejo only, dear.

But, I despise this Fateh who’s treating his wife Tejo like trash. 🥱

Since this show is Ravi and Sargun’s 1st show as producers and the fact that their show is being aired in a regressive channel, I’m sure they’ll show more of such tracks where Tejo is suffocating/suffering in this marriage and Fateh begging or romancing Jasmine in hiding / in front of all.

If Fateh doesn’t improve, I’ll demand the makers for a New Male Lead for Tejo in social media.

Honestly, as of now, especially after this promo and the precap for next week, I have no hopes from Fateh. When the wedding promo came out, I thought that maybe he might not be like the other MLs out there and treat Tejo and his marriage with respect... but he disappointed me in this department.

I would have loved to see the changed dynamics between them, Tejo helping him come out of his heartbreak and the shock that came with it, both helping each other achieve their dreams and so on.

But as of now, I have zero expectations...

One more thing that I had mainly wished for is that Fateh should respect the sanctity of his marriage and maintain his boundaries... but reading your post, I have started having doubts about it.

If they go for an EMA or something regressive, I'll surely give up on the show.

He has already started ruining his friendship with Tejo because of his obsession and if this continues then I'm sure, their friendship will be broken completely.

As it is Ravi and Sargun and this is their first venture, it depends on what they wanna be known for in their show, I am sure they themselves do not want to promote regressive content but channel is king.

I do not trust this loser channel, for sure they will F this show up. Its clear makers have no confidence in their script and just want to cater to two couples, oh how wrong they are, because like this they will end up losing both sections of audience 🤣

Hell no no reformation of jassu or death of Tejo ...if it happens I will break the makers head😭😭😭

I don't think Fateh has any animosity against Tejo. He is in a state of shock, denial and whenever he sees Tejo he is faced with reality & disappointment so he reacts with anger. Once he accepts the truth he will move on.
