English is a language. There is nothing to do with education. Yeah it's part of studies for those who don't know Eng but in India Eng is like their 2nd mother language. So they can speak it frequently. Like you can speak turkish.

India mein bahot sari languages hai.every state has it's own language they don't know Hindi. English connects the whole India.
