Part 6

Pallavi went to Desmukh's house and she hesitate to enter. For the first time she felt that way because of yesterday incident. It was because this was the house where her husband got humilated by Baba and got slapped by Aai. Nikhil saw Pallavi at the entrance and pulled her inside the house.

Nikhil: Aai see who has came back!

Baba, Aai, Kaka, Kaku, Mansi and Amruta all gathered in hall hearing Nikhil's voice. Aai looked at Pallu face and know why she is here. She can see anger and rage in Pallu eye and she is about to erupt it out.

Baba: why are you here? Arent you happy with your busband at that big house? Why you came here back?

Pallavi: To straighten up things and to reclaim for what you have done with MY HUSBAND AND SHUHAGAN

Everyone was shocked to hear that from Pallavi's mouth since she told them before that this marriage was nothing but a deal. But how the deal changed into something else?

Baba: I am sure that useless Raghav had put you up to this play. One day I gonna kill him by myself....

Pallavi: VIJAY DESMUKH

Pallavi voice thunder the whole house and whole D's family went into shock hearing what she was and about to say because they never Pallavi in this avatar

Pallavi: Be careful for any next word against my husband. I will not a single word against him and if you did I dont know what will happen next.

Pallavi turn to her Aai and start to ask question in rows

Pallavi: Aai why did you slap Raghav? What did he do? Did you hear the full story first?

Aai: Pallu woh....

Pallavi: Kuch maat boliye Aai. You never knew what he went through after you have slapped him. He was used to Baba taunts and insult but you slapping him and asked him to get out of the house is inconsiderable.

Aai cant say a word because she knows whatever Pallavi telling is true and she cannot denied that. Now she turn to BWA and Amrutà.

Pallavi: Kaku, I know the reason for this whole thing to happen was you. You the one who tell Baba that baseless story and make Raghav fall in front of his eyes. You the one who ignite this fire. Answer me kaku, why you want to defame Raghav like that? Is that because of me? You cannot see me living happily and your daughter, Amruta cannot married Raghav is it?

Pallavi looked at Amruta in anger and looked at Mansi with a subtle look. She wipe her tears off and turn to Nikhil and Milind kaka

Pallavi: Kaka,Nikhil you were there right when all this happen? Why you guys did not take steps to stops this things from happening? Why? Why? Why?

Pallavi breakdown in the middle of D's family hall and cry like a baby. Baba, BWA and Amruta just look on but the rest want to embrace her in their hand but all did not move a single inch because of Baba. They dont want to make Baba sad or heartbroken since he just came out of the heart surgery. Pallavi recollected her and stand up again with her own legs. While crying,

Pallavi: I know that I am not a member of Desmukh family anymore but Baba Aai you guys are my first ever parents and I will always look up for your love and respect no wonder what happens in my life. But please dont hurt my husband like that. He went through a lot in his life that some of them I cannot describe in words. Baba Aai give a chance to him so that he can prove you that he is the best husband that you can get for your beti Pallavi. I am sure he will win all your hearts and you will accept and give him status as same as MANDAR. Please Baba Aai, if next time things happen like this again, then you guys have to forget that you have ever had a daughter called Pallavi. And about BWA, karma is a boomerang. I believe in Maharaja Sivaji, he said what goes around will comes around. You will gonna pay for this one day and its not far away.

Baba just went into his room hearing all this while BWA and Amruta fumes in anger. Aai,Nikhil and Milind Kaka look at her proudly because it was the first time their Pallu stand for ownself, for her own right, for her HUSBAND.

Aai: Pallavi please forgive me. I didnt want to slap raghav like that. It was things were out of the control and I didnt know what to do. If can please forgive me.

Pallavi: Aai if you really want to ask for forgiveness please ask to Raghav. I know why you had took drastic steps. But Aai, I will not tolerate anything else against Raghav anymore.

Aai: I know that. Raghav might came a bit late in your life but he will surely gonna make you the happiest girl ever and I am waiting for that day

Milind/Nikhil: Sorry Pallavi. We couldnt do anything that day.

Pallavi: Its okay. After this, please support him. He love BWA ka ghulam and Junior a lot.

Its was going to be 7 pm and Pallavi want to leave the house. It was raining heavily outside. Pallavi put on her shoe and about to leave but she missed her balance and placed her hand on a sharp blade at the side. She winced in pain as her palm starts to bleed. Then, she thoughts that this journey gonna be full of blood and tears but she will do anything to make people around her happy and safe. Pallavi took rickshaw and back home.

At RR mansion,Raghav came back from office around 6pm and saw Keerti message regarding her and amma staying at friends house for a day. He look for sign of his wife but he does not see a single shadow in the house.

Raghav: Farhad where everyone? Why house so silent?

Farhad: Amma and Keerti went friends house and will come tomorrow only and the rest of workers went home early because all the work done Anna.

Raghav: You also go home Farhad.

Farhad: okay Anna. See you tomorrow.

Farhad left and Raghav was getting restless. Suddenly his phone start to ring and he was sure its going to be his wife or some business stuff but he was shocked to see the name display on the phone. It was Aai. Raghav gulped some saliva before he attend the call.

Raghav: Hello Aai, what happened? Is there something you need? Or you wanna talk to Pallavi or you want to....

Aai: Raghav please catch a breath. Everything is fine here and I called to talk to you

Raghav: ji Aai. Whats the matter?

Aai: Raghav, I am sorry that I slapped you yesterday. I should not have done that. I dont know how to stop the fight between you and Vijay ji. Im so sorry Raghav. Please forgive me

Raghav: Aai please dont say that. You have all the riģhts as same as my Amma. You can slapped,beat and pull my ears. You have all the rights and permission,hahhahaah.

Aai: Acha tell me is Pallavi back home safely? It raining so heavily.

Raghav (worrying): Aai, Pallavi is not home yet but Aai did Pallavi come there just now? Is she okay?

Aai (realising Raghav health is getting better and dont want to detoriate it): Yes, all good she came and visit me here.

Raghav: and nothing else happened?....

Aai: Raghav all is well over here okay. Please let me know once Pallu reached home safely.

Raghav: Tikey Aai.

Raghav was happy because his relationship with Aai is back to normal phase but he wonder how all this happens! There at the door Raghav could feel someone presences. He saw Pallavi walking in slightly drenched saree while closing her umbrella

Raghav: Saree ka dukaan where you went and why you did not take driver with you? Now see yourself like a bheegi billi

Pallavi: Arey dont start yet Raghav. I just enter the house. Let me settle in first. Wait I go and bath first or not I will get sick.

Raghav: Ya, go go fast

Pallavi freshen up and came out. She saw Raghav was on his laptop again and sit in the opposite of the sofa.

Pallavi: So how was your day?

Raghav: Great. Sealed 2 deal from Arab client and also another thing happened Pallavi.

Pallavi: What?

Raghav: Aai called and asked me for forgiveness.

And she asked me to message her once you reached home safely. And that means you went to visit Aai right?

Pallavi(shocked and not knowing what Aai had told Raghav): yeah, I miss Aai so I went and visit her.

Raghav: Is there something you hiding Mrs Raghav Rao?

Pallavi: Not at all

While saying that she firmly hit her both palm on the hall table. Due to injury in her right palm just now at D's house, she winced loudly on pain.

Pallavi: Ouchhhhhh

Raghav: Pallavi what happened?

Raghav took Pallavi into his hand and saw the cut and it was still bleeding.

Raghav: Pagal hai kya tum saree ka dukaan? This much scar and you didnt utter a word. Wait here I call Dr.

Pallavi: Raghav I think first aid box and tumeric will do. Just stop being paranoid. Go get them first.

Raghav went and get those and came back to Pallavi quickly. He started to treat her wound slowly and carefully so that she would not feel the pain.

Raghav: Pallavi how you get hurt?

Pallavi: Raghav it was just a small wound let it be nahhh

Raghav: No Pallavi. Not single wound will get to you before it pass through me.

Pallavi was touched by Raghav's word and she remember the whole scene that happened in Desmukh house today. It was a lot for her to process everything for this pass 3 days. All now she want is comfort and some peacefulness. After Raghav treated Pallavi wound, he put all the things aside and sat beside her in the sofa.

Raghav: Now will you tell me what happened?

Pallavi who is overwhelm with her feeling right now just hugged Raghav as tight as she can while place her face on his chest. Raghav was startled by this action and worried right now. He could feel Pallavi tears getting wet across his shirt

Raghav: Pallavi what happened all good nahh?

Pallavi(while sobbing silently): yes all good. Its just I am tired. Raghav can I hug you like this for a while?

Raghav who understand Pallavi's current state just engulf his arms around Pallavi body. Both of them felt sukoon in each other arms. Pallavi for the first time felt secure under someone embrace other than her family members and she could hear the soft heartbeat of Raghav while for Raghav, he felt he have to protect Pallavi from all aspect of the live and keep her close to his heart so he will guided in right way and just like that both of them dozen off peacefully and happily.
