i know about Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam mein jahan ek hi shows ka regional versions nikal rahe hai. I am pretty sure baki sab jagah bi ye kar rahe hai

Think about it, they are applying "china ka maal" philosophy here. Making substandard version of one porotype that saves them money and to their luck 8 out of 10 times it clicks
